This was a nice enough hotel but not ima great area. Streets were dirty with no room to walk and the beach wasn’t nice. Limited restaurant choices. Breakfast was good and parking was free just across the street from the hotel.

A perfect spot for our one night on the road… Clean and convenient… The odor of cigarette smoke from the lobby almost had to turn around… As ex smokers..not good.. But the room was clean it was reasonably priced the bed was fine and the owner was very cordial… Smoking in good hotels is prohibited and I'm not sure why they allow it here with so much outdoor space.

Located across the street from Kyparissia port and descent view of the port area. Five minute drive (15 min walk to center of town.

Hotel clean but fairly basic

Very good hotel in a nice little resort town. Staff were friendly and helpful. the swimming pool was nice and a good size (15m approx). Breakfast was good with lots of options. Room was comfortable with nice little balcony where you can sit and dry clothes. Very close to the beautiful town beach, and within easy reach of lots of sites.

The layout of the whole hotel was excellent. Having parking across the street was convenient. The staff were very good.

The pool was very nice and the staff quite helpful. The rooms were a bit dated, no double beds (on our honeymoon) and the walls are paper thin so we had a poor sleep. It looks a lot nicer in the photos than it is in real life but good value for money.

We loved the breakfast and beautiful pool area. The location near the beach was nice.

The hotel is in front of the ocean. The hotel had a swimming pool and the room had an ocean view balcony.

The hotel is generally very comfortable, and the staff are excellent. Our beds were comfortable, but the family room was very tight and the extra bed not very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool is very nice. However, a gang of kids monopolized the pool and our kids did not have a good time swimming. Overall, we would stay there again, but might get two small rooms instead of one family room.

Great hotel in a great location with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is very pretty especially around the pool area. The rooms have views looking out onto the harbour and the beach is a short walk away. On the first day I cut my knee open quite badly and the hotel staff drove me to the hospital, and also drove me there again and booked appointments for me multiple times over the course of the week. We will definitely stay here again if we are visiting Greece.

Nice place with good bars and resturants interesting building and good veiws

We've stayed at the Kyparissia Beach 4 times since 2005, every time we've visited relatives in the area. It's not the fanciest of places, but it's very clean, the staff treat us great (then again we ARE Greek-Americans), the Greek breakfast is fantastic, as is the patio around the pool. The pool is another reason we return. And there now is an actual beach within walking distance! Add those factors together, then include the very affordable price, and that equals another return stay next time we visit Messina.

Stayed in off season, so pool closed and very few guests. Morning staff was very pleasant and provided a nice breakfast. Room was clean and nice. View is of harbor, watching fishing boats come and go. Beach is a public beach a block walk to the North and looked dirty the beginning of March (seaweed, etc.) but could be cleaned up for summer. Very limited dining options in off season. Seemed like a very nice town and during summer would be a very popular place to be. Hotel pool and eating area very inviting.

Good hotel with lovely staff, located on Main Street of Sparte so can be quite noisy at night
