The hotel would like to acknowledge and absorb your comments to change the quality of its service. Besides, the hotel would like to explain in detail the issues you have reflected so that you and other customers who are interested in Golden Star's services can better understand us.
1. Pool problem:
- Our hotel designed a swimming pool with a depth of 1.35m which is very suitable for children and there is absolutely no age limit under 12 cannot take a bath as you said.
- The swimming pool is always treated with water every day (normally water will be treated and at night) and periodically changed the water. There may also be times when the water is not clear at a time when the number of people bathing is large or there are many people who do not have a bath at the next bathroom before going to the pool, so they are carried down with dirt and sand.
- Swimming pool has limited service time from 6 am to 7 pm to ensure safety. Outside of that time, the hotel closes the swimming pool.
2. The problem of towels.
- Rooms are always cleaned and towels are changed daily.
- Blankets, sheets, hotel towels are handled by professional industrial laundry partners, and they use a large capacity washing machine, so if it stinks, all the hotel towels that day are affected and if so then the hotel will ask to wash again and not use the batch of towels that day. It's possible that you don't like the smell of fabric softener, so it's a bad smell.
3. Breakfast food.
The hotel serves buffet breakfast with the amount of 25-35 dishes depending on the number of customers that day.
There is a full range of dishes (vermicelli, pho), savory/fried dishes, salads and local specialty cakes... We are confident to guarantee the quality of meals with 3-star standard and commensurate with the room rate. .
