Everything fine

No había señal de TV, el desayuno muy simple, y el café demasiado insípido, sabía feo!

Slow check in, made me wait 20 minutes just because it wasn't 3pm yet. First room smelled like cigar. Second room was okay but one towel had no been changed. Breakfast was okay but the coffee machine was broken, so just one small coffe cup for me.

It was so convenient, great parking. However, the pool is repaired and you feel uncomfortable walking inside with a lot of bumps all around, it must be repaired immediately. The fridge was not cooling properly. The phone was not working to call receptionist.

The receptionist at nighttime was very rude and my rooms floor didn’t get clean, mop or anything, the same dust behind the bathrooms door

everything was very good with the exception of the sink that filled with water and the bathroom had mold. but everyone was very nice :)

Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Easy check-in/out. Pool was fun and clean! Wifi signal was weak on the 6th floor but great everywhere else.

Excelente ubicación en camino a la playa y cerca del centro. Las amenidades recibidas muy buenas en la relación calidad-precio. Súper limpio! El único detalle que cambiaría es que el aire acondicionado en la habitación está colocado en una posición rara respecto a la cama y te enfría directamente a la cabecera lo cual es muy incómodo, por lo que no soportamos tenerlo encendido toda la noche.

Nice room , good breakfast

Good experience, personal taking seriously covid safety measures. The room looked like wasn't used in a while, so the cleaning wasn't the best. But great attention from the front desk willing to help.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great. The people were great and the breakfast is good. The location is within walking distance of a lot of things. It is also very quiet in the rooms. The beds are a little hard for my liking but it was still good.
