Room was great for visiting extra sitting area and access to the lounge with the suite

Very bad Experience from the lounge server and from the restaurant staff . One server was asking if I'm a guest or not the other server tried to be funny by suggesting butter chicken to order

Very good staff and service

1919 staff were friendly and engaged and we really enjoyed our time sitting in the lounge.

Great location

Room was clean. We were supposed to have breakfast both mornings of the stay but there was no breakfast in the lounge as there was supposed to be the second morning.

Checked in at 5:00pm and the front desk had to check the room when check is at 3:00. With a $300 suite, you would think parking would be available, NOT.

Room was clean staff was nice. Good location.

Room was well used and had stains on lamp shades and walls. Microwave had visible damage and coffeemakers are very outdated. Limited hours to access pedway to Cornwall Center. Pool area is average and needs major work to ceiling. Outside doors to access hotel are all locked with no card access, Only the front main door can be entered.

Always enjoy my stay here very convenient, but I must say the rooms are ageing definitely need a revamp

Room was clean, carpet felt a little grimy. Was a nice room but $250 is quite steep for what it is. Plus an additional $30-$50 to park, way too expensive.
