It's pretty nice. The host and the staff are nice. It's all good except for only one thing: the blanket in the dorm is not thick enough to stay warm and not big enough to cover my body.

The receptionist is very friendly. There’s a no shoe sign at the main door so everyone leaves their shoes there and the guests go bare foot inside the building. But on the last night there, I saw a man with dirty shoes go around the hall and left sticky dirty prints around the area. When I asked the receptionist about that she said it’s okay, which confused me a lot. It feels kinda unhygienic when I go to bed with others’ dirt. Noted: there’s no mat at door room so I couldn’t wipe my feet. Overall everything was nice but that one experience was not. I hope the hostel should apply the no shoes rule to everyone instead of letting some “exceptions” bothering the others.

Cozy and comfy, customer service super duper kind and feels like home

A comfortable hostel, but a bit of a hassle when checking in because there are no staff on standby at the front.

The hostel is inside a little alley and not hard to find. Love the location which is near to almost anything. I think it's run by a family so it's a cozy place. My room wasn't ready upon my arrival and I was given another room to rest first. After about an hour, I was told that I could move to my room, and it was on the 4th floor. The only thing to be mindful about is that there is no lift in this hostel so if you have a heavy luggage, then you need to consider if you can walk up the flight of stairs with your luggage. The people here are very helpful and friendly, but the only issue is that you might not see them often. I also did not know who to pass the key to upon checkout at first so everything is through texting most of the time. The stay itself is cozy and I actually like my room. It is spacious with an en-suite bathroom. There are free water and titbits from the pantry as well. Overall, I really like my stay here as it is convenient and close by to most things, with public transport access as well.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable I recommend you to stay there it's not far from the bts

The hotel is clean, the mattress is soft and sleeps well.

Reception is not available at the counter, check in time is 15:00, I come to the hostel at 15:10, ring the bell and wait 20 minutes for someone to open the door.

Bed Sheet not replace a new one, after previous guest check-out, housekeeper said because no new guest check in, never think for walk-in new comer.

Room not clean, bed not make up let new coming guest used the old bed sheet that previous customer left, no one respond even who work at front desk as housekeeper. Communication was poor, hospitality unacceptable.

I love the wooden floor. Everything is good!! You got the simple breakfast too. However there is no lift / only stairs so be aware if you bring big luggage and got top floor. Will definitely come back here again for the budget traveller, location is also near BTS Sala Daeng, many foods stalls around. Already extend my stay for my 1st booked lol.

I stayed for 5 days but didn't change the linen / towel. Even though the staff has already informed the bathroom, the 3rd floor is damaged, the bathroom will not be repaired. The 4th floor bathroom, the curtain between the wet and dry zone is very dirty. The rest is good.

I was waiting for 1 hour to be able to check in. I arrived at the hostel at 8.30pm and no staff at all, tried to contact hotel's phone number no answer, tried to contact traveloka, one of the Customer Support called me and informed the hotel staff will come in a minute but until the next 15-30 mins no one showed up. Hostel staff just showed up at 9.30 pm (1 hour after I arrived). I already informed I was coming late and nobody response but when I arrived can't check in, hope this kind of misunderstanding can be avoided in the future.
