The pool was too cold, so the kids couldn't swim much. Otherwise, everything was fine. Since we went during the New Year's holiday, we couldn't expect perfection.

Despite being an older hotel, it still maintains its reputation, prestige, and class. Customer service was excellent. My family of four, including two children, noticed the lighting was dim, like a nightlight, making it a bit dark. But within 5 minutes, a staff member came up and said, "Please come down and check out this room (with the same view). If you like it, we'll change it for you right away." So lovely! Not only did they change it for us, they also helped us change three more rooms on the same floor because our whole family was traveling together. The breakfast buffet was delicious, varied, and restaurant-quality. The sea view was amazing, and it's right next to Tam Thang Tower, perfect for fun activities. 100/10, absolutely fantastic! ❤️❤️❤️

My family stayed at this hotel for 2 days and 1 night. The hotel recently repainted the rooms so they look new. The hotel cleaned the rooms and made them smell fresh. The staff, receptionists, and security guards were all very cheerful and friendly. The hotel is right next to the park facing the sea, convenient for entertainment. Right next to Tam Thang Tower, within walking distance.

The room is a bit old, but overall it's still ok. Important things like water, air conditioner, wifi, and refrigerator all work well. Should be refurbished a bit to match a 4-star hotel.

Although the hotel is quite old, the hotel location is very nice, convenient for swimming and sightseeing. The room has a beautiful sea view, airy, and comfortable parking. The hotel staff is friendly and enthusiastic.

Affordable hotel for a 4-star hotel, nice rooms, clean, nice sea view, close to Tam Thang tower, next to it is a mini supermarket on the left side of the hotel, across the street is the park and beach, this place is not too crowded, very wonderful, friendly and lovely staff
