The price is reasonable, transportation is convenient, and cleanliness is good. The only drawback is that the key deposit must be paid in cash, which is somewhat inconvenient.

The hotel is easy to find, not far from Wualai Walking Street and the airport. There's ample parking. The rooms are clean, the furniture is old but sturdy, the mattress is comfortably soft, the TV has a clear picture, and there's hot water, but the showerhead needs replacing. There's a 300 baht key deposit (cash only). The owner is friendly. Good value for money.

I've stayed here several times, but there seem to be too few staff. It's like they're handling multiple roles and not just working at the counter, so the wait can be very long. However, the service is good.

แขวนป้ายไว้หน้าห้องให้แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดวันแรกแต่แม่บ้านเข้ามาทำแค่พับผ้าปูที่นอนพับผ้าห่มไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดห้องให้เลยไม่กวาดห้องไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวแต่ก็ยังเก็บขยะให้อยู่นะคะแต่ถือว่าราคาโอเคค่ะ

สภาพห้องสกปรก สายไฟเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นก็ไม่มีความปลอดภัย ไฟส่องสว่างในห้องน้ำ ดับ ๆ ติด ๆ ห้องล็อคไม่ปลอดภัย

ห้องพักกว้าง ราคาประหยัด มีที่จอดรถในร่ม สะดวกใกล้เมือง

จริงๆเวลาไปเชียงใหม่จะพักที่นี้บ่อย แต่ด้วยทุกครั้งจะเจอป้ามหาภัยที่ค่อนข้างเรื่องเยอะโน่นนี้นั้นตลอด บริการพอใช้ได้ ห้องไม่ค่อยจะสะอาดมากนัก ที่มีระเบียนก็แค่มีระเบียงสกปรกมากๆเหมือนไม่เคยทำความสะอาด น้ำเป็นขวดแก้วต้องเอาขวดป่าวมาวางหน้าห้องเพื่อเปลี่ยนในแต่ละวัน(สำหรับวันที่ไม่ทำห้อง) แอร์ก็ไม่ค่อยเย็น ประตูก็เปิดปิดทีเสียดกับพื้นทำให้มีเสียงรบกวน พักได้ตามราคาที่จองแค่นอนๆไปก็ถือว่าถูกละ แต่จะดีกว่าถ้าปรับปรุงพัฒนา เพราะนี้อาจจะเป็นการพักที่นี้ครั้งสุดท้าย รอบต่อๆไปถ้าได้ไปเชียงใหม่อาจจะมองหาที่อื่นแทน

The woman staff is unfriendly like she doesn't have a service mind. The air conditioner and the fridge is not cool. The air outside the room is cooler. I think it's worth the price because it is low cost and low quality. I am sure this is the last time for us to stay here. We will not recommend this hotel. So lucky that we only stay for one night. The reason why we have to stay here is that we pay it in advance already and we did not read the review before booking. Poor us!
