Some staff need to be trained when taking plates from the guest table during breakfast, besides that, there needs to be improvement in the labels for dietary options on food, labeling on each jar/food (eg yoghurt, honey, caesar dressing etc.)

The central location is good for morning jogging, the food menu is okay and delicious, the room is comfortable. 1 thing that still needs to be ensured, the provision of towels is not clean enough.

especially the staff on the second floor are still not very friendly. and for the spa, I think it is still lacking because the massage and body scrub are done simultaneously, not one at a time, and what should be 90 minutes becomes around 60 minutes. the receptionist service is very good :)

Overall the hotel service is very good, it's just that the car parking problem was a problem because it coincided with a wedding party so the parking lot was full of party guests, I, as a hotel guest, was directed to park outside the hotel which was difficult because it was also raining that day, maybe it could be arranged if there was a wedding, the wedding guests could be directed to park outside, not the hotel guests, it could be arranged by looking at the hotel booking proof or others.
