Room is ok, but service is not good

Great we loved it

Room was nice, breakfast not good, limited. Poor room service, very slow response from the staffs. Inside room tea / coffee bags arrangement was bad.

Breakfast wasn't good, same menu for full week, each day single water bottle (500ml) provided to me, Tea / coffee bags not provided and even no tea spoon wasn't there. Room was comfortable and clean, big space.

Room was clean. But the service was terrible.

It has not been cleaned first day until I requested it. There was not any tea bag or coffee. I could not able to find any one to book Spa in 3 days. I called for reservation and they never come back or showed on in the spa desk..

Everyone was very nice and helpful, loved the rooftop, and the room was clean.

Great hotel! Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, I mean the food was amazing! The service was even better! I will definitely stay there again!

2 weeks stay and never actually managed to get the room sorted that I'd asked for. Issues in the room along with a poor AC system

This hotel was right in between downtown and the airport, while they don’t have a shuttle you can communicate with the front desk and they will get a car to pick you up at any time you request! After a long trip throughout Morocco it was nice to be in a hotel with a full bar:) the rooms were spacious and comfortable and would recommend to anyone!

It was conveniently located close to business district. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. Breakfast, buffet style , was sufficient. Dinner had optines buffet style or a la carte, prices are reasonable. Spa was good with enough choices for a stay. Staff throughout the stay was very helpful.

This should be rated at 3 star not 4 (they have a pool). The AC in my room did not work properly, air conditioner was running but did not cool the room. Unpleasant sleeping experience. All the noise from hallway people talking, door closing you can hear in the room. Not a great experience.

Same issue as last time with the air con not being fixed and left unfixed after several requests over the 2 days. Other than that when it did get finally fixed, the regular staff were back and absolutely splendid ti be around.

Karim at the front desk was so disrespectful, when I asked him to upgrade my room since i am platinum on Expedia he just laughed and didn’t say anything. We booked a city view and got a view of the next building. If your Moroccan wallah don’t come here so disrespectful they only nice to people out of the country.

Staff could have been more helpful. When the AC did not work I has someone work on it while I’m in the room rather than transfer me rooms and then after he couldn’t fix it then transferred me. Incredibly incovnenient. AC not working in a lot of the property, there was old hun on the carpet and when I called for water at 2 am nobody would bring me some which has never happened at a 5 star. I suggest a better hotel chain. Poor management.
