Awesome place !!

Great stay, very friendly staff, quiet hotel. Walking distance to almost all tourist attractions in Downtown Chattanooga.

Clean , staff very polite and helpful

My reservation was cancelled on 6/20 by their manager. They couldn’t explain why. So I had to stay at a hotel 20 miles away and cost more money.

Everything was great except for a loos toilet seat. No worries, they had it fixed in no time.

Location is so convenient to everything. We'll be back!!

The refrigerator did not work properly. Everything else was great.

The stay was ok but I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but the room we got didnt have 2 queen beds. They are more like Full XL.

Service very good. Very comfortable and quiet.

The property and room was clean. Nice area right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to anywhere. Only issue is parking. The onsite parking is valet parking and it’s $25/night. So we parked on the street. The front desk clerk was a bit rude, but overall a very nice stay
