OK hotel. Staff watched us struggle with luggage, no offer of help. Rooms are dated and basic. Shower was good. Breakfast buffet was ok, not great. No room service.

Some parts breaks when we are there, like toilet flush and door handle is brocket 1010 room

The hotel is old, and you can hear everything from the street and from the hallways. the phone didn't work, the hair blower didn't work, the drainage was very poor and the toilet got clogged. the wifi signal is very poor and once you connect, the internet speed is extremely slow. the staff at the reception do not speak English, there's no coffe machine in the bedroom. the pool is tiny and the elevator doesn't get to that floor, you have to climb a spiral stairs. the gym is a tiny room. very bad experience for such a pricy hotel.

It is a little ran down, but the location and staff compensate for that more than enough. Cleanliness was ok too. The breakfast service is excellent. Lots of space, you can possibly find a quiet spot to enjoy your meal. Good selection as well - a breakfast at a good Brazilian hotel is hard to beat! About the “soundproof” rooms, mine was not soundproof at all. Despite being on the 10th floor, I could hear every motorcycle and noisy car at Av Atlântica. I had to use the background sounds on the phone in order to get to sleep.

The hotel was great. I had a nice view of the beach and a private balcony. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Leonard at the front desk speaks good English and was very helpful with recommending places to eat and also calling for taxis. I can’t wait to visit again.

Great location and good place to stay and great rates

I expected much more after seeing the photos. Time for an extreme makeover of the rooms...and imprive the breakfast!

It was a great location, but underwhelming staff and services. Overall, the people in the area are wonderful, but I would suggest visiting Florianapolis.

Hotel antigo, hall de entrada reformado e boa estrutura! Frente mar, só por esse fator já vale muito a pena!

A vista excelente, mesmo no caso do apartamento que utilizamos que era lateral. O café da manhã é delicioso, bem servido, limpo e com produtos variados e de qualidade. Uma sugestão: muitos hóspedes não consomem café com cafeína. Assim, solicitamos que os hotéis de uma maneira geral forneçam café descafeinado o que seria uma medida excelente.

O chuveiro ou esquentava muito ou ficava muito gelado. Achei o café muito fraco . Os pães estavam borrachudos.,De bom dia a vista.
