The hotel was centrally located which i loved; but when calling the hotel no one ever answered. After 5p there is only one security guard available which wasnt able to answer or help with simple requests

Space was good, firm bed was nice. Everything else was VERY outdated.

Room needs to be updated. Cleaning was not done for a long period of time, dust and debri accumulated on floor and furniture. Elevator moves extremely slow. Floor by window in living room of penthouse is severely damaged huge risk of fall.

The suites were located very conveniently. Check-in and -out was easy and without complications. The room was clean on first sight, but after a closer look to the bed, unfortunately we encountered a lot of stains. The receptionist was so kind to give us a fresh set of sheets, but again, stains. The receptionist made the effort to find a stainless pillowcase, but same result - stains. I think it is time to buy new sheets, for the comfort of your guests. Thank you

I was informed on the day of my stay that there were not enough room. conversation in English was not good.

Very nice area and rooms, but very poor amenities, even the towels were not in good conditions, we needed to request extra towels because didn’t put enough. The room TV didn’t work. The suite was very nice and pretty but the amenities were not as good as the expected.

In general it was fine, only that when we arrived and asked for access to the parking lot the girl who attended us responded sharply saying that there was none, when in the publication says FREE PARKING. After that we were conditioned not to take the car out arguing that it was locked. The rooms are spacious, clean but if you bring your car be prepared to deal with their comments.

I am a repeat customer and love the area. Space is excellent and is on a calm street. Hotel should invest in bigger beds.

Dumpy apartment. Old sofa covers on old sofa in need of repair or tossing in the trash. Dirty microwave, old towels, dirty curtains, lumpy pillows, very cold at night, connection for smart tv not working. Very poor maid service. The only good thind was the location. Ive stayed in much better places for less money. Think twice before booking at this very bad apartment.

Great neighbourhood with many restaurants/bars around. no idea how this place has 8+ rating. Furniture is dated, paint and siding peeling and chipped, bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower pressure low, fridge not cold. The couple times walking in/out of the hotel had shady character sitting in the small lobby stare me down.

Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and the neighborhood is relatively safe. The property itself needs a lot of work. Our living room furniture was very old and both sofa and loveseat had major sagging and wear. The door to our patio locked from the outside only which was very strange. The bathroom was nice but water pressure is pretty low and takes a long time to heat up. Staff was all nice with good customer service. Paint had cracks and some peeling so could use a touch up. Overall the suite worked for us and we liked that there was lots of room, furniture and paint just need some freshening up.
