I was with two friends, so I ordered extra bed/cot. I calked the hotel twice to make sure we’ll get a cot in our room. We checked in, went to the room. No cot in the room, and there was no space for that. I had to go back to the reception, talked to different agent. She checked my reservation and changed the rooms. There was already a cot in the room, so I think the agent who checked in us didn’t see the remarks and gave us wrong room?

Beautiful fully redecorated rooms and great staff. Our first choice when visiting Stratford for theater nights. Very convenient to Festival theater as it is a short 5 to 10 minute walk. Highly recommend it.

The room was spotless, good amenities, and cheerful and helpful staff. The dining room offers a breakfast buffet for reasonable prices and the food we ate there was very good. It's in Stratford ----- so there are many things to do especially the Strafford Festival and many great restaurants. Great place to stay.

Excellent location to attend Stratford Festival plays at festival theatre.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. When the temperature spiked, they were quick to change from heating to a/c to avoid the unpleasantness of guests feeling too hot. Plenty of parking as well. And for dog lovers, very pet friendly. About a 15 min walk to the festival theatre and 4 min drive to “downtown Stratford”

Our 5th time staying at the Arden Park hotel. We like that we can bring our small dog. But more do is the location is walkable to town along the river. And it has large rooms with fridge and coffee maker. Nice bathrooms and sitting area. I will continue to go back there.

We stayed one night to go to a play. Everything was just fine. We did not use the dining facilities but the looked good. Property is close to downtown and the festival.

Breakfast should be included as per other best westerns
