Clean, quiet room and comfortable beds. Good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only a ten minute walk to the Festival theatre. We always stay at the Arden Park when in Stratford.

Room was very clean and large! Also nice and quiet! We had an easy. Heck in and out! Lots of parking in site which made it is easy to go into town!

Clean rooms, good size. Great food.

The room was very comfortable and the location was convenient.

We stay here often when we go to The Festival. The renovated rooms are great. Service has greatly improved at the restaurant. The bartender at the bar on Thursday evenings is fantastic and always has been.

Well renovated rooms since our last visit!

Had a power outage during dinner and was disappointed to find there was no back up generator to operate the elevator so my wife who is disabled was unable to access our room.If anyone had been in the elevator at that time it could have been a problem.

The staff at the Arden Park are incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and great location!

The hallways on fourth floor have a weird smell. Almost like stale cigarette smoke and chemical. The room was great. We had two random one ring phone calls which woke me up at 3am. Lastly, housekeeping was vacuuming the hallway at 9am right outside our room which wasn’t the wake up I wanted after a disrupted sleep. Overall bed was comfortable, room was clean, check in was great.

Hotel was clean quiet and very comfortable - the bed was very comfy. Restaurant was fine for breakfast and dinner, portions large, wait staff polite and friendly. Check in was quick, although check out involved a slight error that had to be corrected later. It seemed as if the front desk staff could use another person available at certain times.

Close to theatres, shopping and dining. Hotel is old. AC noisy.

This is a great place to stay in Stratford. We will return. The parking, staff, rooms, and locale are excellent.

Unfortunately the reservations were made by Expedia under my old last name…which created great confusion until I realized, they had not changed it to my new last name. Close call. The accommodations were what we expected of this hotel chain. We found the meals in the restaurant a little expensive, but the serving staff were pleasant. If the hotel offered a shuttle service to the various Festival theatres, it would have saved us costs for parking and eliminated the inconvenience of having to drop my husband at the door due to health issues.
