Staff: Friendly, helpful and good English so no trouble communicating Room: right size, clean, but not soundproof. Food: Full breakfast, bread, fruit, western food, coffee, juice etc. Minus: wifi speed is not fast

Central location. The breakfast area and the upper floor have views of Hoan Kiem Lake. Room is a bit small. Basically reasonable with location and price.

Lokasi sangat strategis, terletak di Old Quarter, pusat turis di Hanoi. Cukup jalan kaki ke danau Hoan Kiem dan berbagai sentra jajanan. Kamarnya memang kecil tapi cukup nyaman. Sarapan-nya lumayan lengkap dan enak.

Just lying down is fine, but lying down all night will feel a bit bulky, which will make it difficult to sleep for the elderly or people who have trouble sleeping! Phòng đôi nhưng nhỏ xíu, rất ngộp nha mọi người. Tấm trải giường và chăn không sạch. Lần sau không quay lại chỗ này nữa. Ở Hà Nội còn nhiều khách sạn cùng giá mà chất lượng tốt hơn.

Khách sạn tuy nhỏ nhưng ấm áp, vị trí tốt gần phố đi bộ và nhiều quán ăn cũng quanh. Các quán quanh khách sạn ăn ổn, giá cả ổn. Điểm trừ duy nhất là phòng không cách âm nên khá ồn.

2 đêm nghỉ rất tốt phòng đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện vui vẻ, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình ! Trừ điểm ở vấn đề nước, mình đã xả bỏ nước trong 5p để hết cặn bẩn nhưng vẫn không tốt hơn !
