Fantastic location if you want a quiet spot and you are into the hikes and trails around! 5 minutes to some small hikes and both of the waterfalls. It is 20 mins taxi to Seongpanak trail in Hallassan mountain. There is a bike shop just 2 mins walk from the hotel (Jeju ebike) and you can start the Jeju Fantasy trail nearby and complete a segment. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

The location is good. It's very closed to the water fall, and seaside, only 3 minutes walk. and 15 minutes walk to the shopping area.

Hotel stay was cheap, location was decent, room was large, and there was parking. The bathroom tile was covered in black mold, so the girl at the front desk told us we could change rooms the next day, but made no mention of how to do so. She saw me the next day and said because we didn't check out of our room at 11 am that we couldn't move rooms, so we ended up staying another night in the same room. Next day, she says we can change our room, but we need to pack up all of our things by 11 am and can leave our bags at the front reception, but we won't be able to check in to a new room until 3 pm. We rushed our morning to come back to pack up, but then I noticed a sign that said the front desk was unattended until 3 pm, so I didn't feel comfortable just leaving our bags unattended. We lugged our stuff around in our car rental until we got back at 4 pm to check in. She was there and quickly gave me a new room key. We should have just stayed in the original room. The new room's bathroom was more disgusting than the original room. The tile was falling off the wall and there was mold. We decided it wasn't worth saying anything again because it was our last night. The next morning around 10:15 am, we were finishing packing up and getting dressed. We said we weren't ready, but the cleaning lady flung the door open. I was standing in my bra, and she didn't just close the door. She moved it to a crack open and kept taking to us. I couldn't believe what was happening.

The hotel was a very good price Great location and very comfortable The hotel did need some maintenance and updating. It is a bit shabby. The room was not completely clean. However it is very cheap!

The hotel is excellent. Parking lot, location and service is very good. Advice to visit it.

Everything was perfect. The only problem we had was the central air conditioning. We cannot find the remote. Other than that, it was spacious and very clean.

Overall is good and service is excellent. However, need to improve the power sockets which are loosely mounted on wall.

The hotel is very far from Jeju airport and it is not located near the beaches, the nearest of which is about two-hour ardous bus ride. The rooms are clean and of good size. The breakfast,however, is not self service and is meager that leaves with half empty stomach. They give you one slice of bread and one stick of sausage cut in half. You can drink as much juice and milk though. The staff speaks little English and do not seem to have much knowledge about local transportation and attractions, or maybe they can't communicate the info they have.

Nine Boutique Hotel is a clean and homely hotel. The room is spacious with 2 queen beds. There is free parking within the vicinity and thus is great for those who self drive. How I wish there is more variety in the breakfast as it is the same every morning.

The hotel is super comfortable, beautiful boutique style cafe and ambiance. There were 10 of us in total who really enjoyed our stay here in Jeju. The location was good and staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy, can ask for extra person's bedding is needed. The chicken place across the street is bomb, must go there!!

property’s location is very convenient to most attractive places and easy to reach restaurants that there are food very fresh and delicious. The staffs are very nice and friendly. I would like to book again if I travel Jeju Island next time!

I'd like to recommend this hotel strongly. First of all, its location is near the famous sightseeing attraction 'Olle Market' where you can try various tasty local foods. So you can park your car at this hotel's parking lot for free and then walk to the Olle Market to dine. It is also in front of a harbour and so this hotel building has a great ocean view. The room has a sort of obstructed ocean view. But you can still earn access to the rooftop for viewing the ocean after requesting it to the staffs. Usually, it is hard to find a reasonably cheap hotel at great locations. But this was an exceptional treasure to find. You can't beat the price. This hotel won't hurt your budget but you will be able to have a happy vacation. Staffs were very kind and welcoming. The room was so clean and big sized that made my stay very pleasant. This hotel also included a free breakfast which was a nicely portioned toast every day during my stay. Even though it was not a fancy buffet breakfast, considering the price that I paid for this hotel, it definitely added more value and I greatly appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Stayed for 3 nights, very big room and oversees the fall entrance and near the iconic bridge. Breakfast are included, but menu is the same everyday which can be quite boring for long stay. Nice front desk staff who is also very open to help u order in room meals from the neighborhood. :) love the stay.

We ended up switching to this hotel after the one that we originally booked (Crystal Hotel) gave us a room that reeked of cigarettes and didn't have any other rooms we could switch to. I was nervous about 9 Boutique Hotel because it is quite cheap (I think we paid 44,000 won/night) but it was actually delightful! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful: they let us leave our luggage at the front in the morning before checking in, helped us arrange a taxi to the airport (about 45,000 won - pretty cheap), and answered all the questions they could during our stay. The free breakfast (served between 8am-9am) is quite good! The common area of the hotel is nicely furnished and feels relaxing. The staff allowed us to hang out there to get our bearings before we even checked in later that day. It's pretty close to several good restaurants, as well as the Chonjiyeon Waterfall. The room was clean, spacious, and had great blackout drapes at night. The bed was firm but comfortable. Overall, feel lucky to have found this place!

excellent value for money and lovely new hotel with a view of the harbour. Rooms 305 and 405 are enormous!

Limited parking lots but we managed to get one. Friendly staff during check-in. No provision of breakfast though. Room was considered spacious with 2 double bed.

We stayed in a room for 4 pax. We were only given a bath towel with many face towels! Other than that, The room is spacious and comfortable.
