Very good and clean hotel

Breakfast was fresh, they could imprive on the room cleaning all in all was a great stay.

Good stay, beware, no twin beds as advertised.

Everything was great and there wasn’t any problems but the only issue was that sound of the hallway was coming a bit in the room.

A number of light fixtures in our room were not working so the light was very dim. Some basics were not available in the room like there was no tissue box, no body lotion, no iron and ironing table. Also the shampoo and body wash bottle was empty, the hotel staff should’ve made sure to refill these after each guest. Their breakfast was okay.

- The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. - The water pressure in the shower was satisfactory. - The front desk agents were well-trained, professional, and provided excellent service. - The lobby was clean and nicely decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, while the stay was comfortable, the restaurant service needs attention to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

Good service and overall a good hotel to stay.

Staff at the front desk were unaware as to how to make charge on Contactless credit card. She swiped and returned my Wyndham Rewards Visa Card saying it did not work.... Secondly, she overcharged me by about TL150 against the price notified by Expedia on travel confirmation email. The entire check-in process was unfriendly and unpleasant, it looked like the staff had been forced to stay at the front desk. Thirdly, there was no parking at the site as shown on booking by Expedia Fourthly, the wheelchair accessible room was too small particularly when the extra bed was placed for a third adult. Lastly, the rate charged for extra bed was higher than what Expedia stated in its travel confirmation Overall, as Wyndham Gold Member #1133770204G I didn't get any better service than a non-member.

It was a mazing . It was a very good location . Staff friendly with good service Breakfaest should be in line with 5 star's hotel level.
