Reception was non-existent. I waited for almost an hour and tried to contact all the given numbers listed on the front door but none of them were on WhatsApp or able to call with data. I then proceeded to go the hotel next door (Hotel Premiere Classe Rouen) to seek their assistance. Finally, got the code for the safe which kept the room cards. Based on booking, it was supposed to the smaller building, but room allocated was the building opposite. No other follow ups. I was not even given wifi password. Terrible place to stay.

Friendly staff 10 minutes walk to the town

A great stop-off on my trip from the UK to Portugal. Just what I needed - convenient and quiet. Staff were excellent and the continental breakfast was great. Small room with a 'pod' for the shower and toilet in the corner - but all clean and just perfect for my needs. Large shopping centre with all the usual fast food outlets 20mins walk away.

The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. She did however, on check in, give me a key to room that was already occupied - luckily there was no one present! This was resolved without too much delay. The room I was allocated had an connecting internal door to the room next door, presumably for family groups. Unfortunately I could hear every word the couple next door said to each other!

Aucune insonorisation matelas en état moyen.

Très très bon rapport qualité prix, le service est top, un Bar est disponible. Le petit-déj’ est top. Seul petit point négatif , l’isolation bruit extérieur et étage. Mais pour une nuit ça peut aller à condition d’avoir des voisins respectueux.

Great communication as we were going to be arriving late from ferry at Dieppe. Room was clean and beds comfy.

Very convenient for overnight stay. A shame the onsite restaurant was closed but the Dynasty Chinese restaurant across the road was very good

All was satisfactory

WIFI they turn off @ nightime & is available the next morning, wifi slow, No room service, after 1st night no new towels, no soap,did not take out trash ,did not make up bed , We think the housekeeper never entered the room. When we went to complain reception it was closed! We had booked 3 nights ,we canceled the 3 rd night & left!

It took over 40 minutes to book just myself in and then an attempt was made to over charge me. Eventually worked out the correct price which was some way cheaper than what they had asked me for. Room was VERY gloomy, poor lighting. The area between the bed and the wall all 8" of it had not been cleaned for a long time judging by the cobwebs there. The bathroom was cleaned only twice in the 3 days I was there, but the shower was excellent and the toilet and basin worked OK. The curry house does an excellent Vindaloo, but the French do curry's differently to here in the UK. The staff were friendly. The free wi fi is not secure. Not too sure I would go back.
