Female hotel staff need to be trained more on how to treat customers.

I will share my honest and objective review of this hotel: @Advantages: - Very close to the tram station and Victoria Market. There's a convenience store downstairs. The street has many restaurants. - It has a kitchen and a cold room for storing food. - The bathroom is clean and has hot water. - The receptionists vary; some are tall, handsome, and charming young men. @Regarding disadvantages - There was no air conditioning in the room, only a fan (not sure if it belonged to the hotel - possibly a long-term guest). However, since I went in early March, the weather was very cool. Anyone who went in the summer would find it uncomfortable because it would be hotter. - The toilets were only acceptable, not very clean, but this also depends on the users' awareness. - The main problem is that there is NO WIFI IN THE ROOM. You will completely lose connection if you are on the second floor or in a room. The only Wi-Fi is at the reception desk. - I experience a lot of itching while sleeping in bed, even though I've added an extra layer of disposable bed sheet. I asked around and found out that three other people in the room were also experiencing itching.

Its too warm.. smells bad + no AC its not worth the $100+ i paid.. i book a single room and it smells bad and too hot No AC.. its dirty and Not worth the penny. so far the worst hostel I ever got.. Please traveloka remove this hostel I wasted ny money I havent sleep coz its too hot!!!!!

It was definitely the worst hostel experience I've ever had (and I traveled for months in south east asia in cheap as hostels). The staff was really rude and didn't even look at me and just played on their phone. The rooms are dirty and cleanliness is not to good but that's alright. The people are the problem, in the lobby are only 40yo loser playing with their playstations who havent showered this year ig. In my room there was a mental ill guy who was going up and down the room at all times and making noises but you couldn't talk with him. On the floors and kitchen there are mental ill people talking to themself really aggresive and shouting at you. Than there are a bunch of homeless and ex prisoners who get booked into Elizabeth Hostel by emergency bookings from the government because its the cheapest in town. My roommates told me random people could punch you if you make noises in the night because they are completely crazy and that someone got stabbed in the kitchen a few months ago. I have never left a hostel even though I had a booking, but this one I left at 3am because it was to crazy and the mental ill people on my room wouldn't let me sleep! Never ever go here besides you want a crazy experience

The dirtiest place I have ever stayed in my life

There should be a distinction between tourists and long-term guests. I was put in a room with 6 people staying long-term. They had a lot of things, I didn't have my own clocker, and the people staying there were very erratic. I found it very strange that there was a girl staying with the rest of the men. She sprayed some kind of essential oil or herbal scent that made the whole room very unpleasant, I had to endure it when I slept even though I hadn't been in the room all day. Then there was someone who came home from work at night and kept rustling and packing things, going in and out and slamming the door, waking me up. It was really sad.

Messy kitchen, dirty room, disgusting place. Many homeless people live in this hostel and homeless man smoke in my room! The front desk staff only give a warning to him that's it. Save your money, do not stay in this place 🙂

Room has a bad odor. I can't even sleep. I checked out early than paid because of the bad odor and people are drinking alcohol in the lobby, shouting for being drunk. Comfort room has no regular cleaner. everything was horrible

Didn't expect that I need to take stairs to get inside. It was okay for my room. What makes it nice are the staffs. They are very nice!

Clean room, with movie room

The kitchen is very clean, the bathroom is clean, there is a washing machine and dryer, there is a luggage store if we have checked out but want to walk first, complete hot and cold water, maintain courtesy to other customers while in the bedroom, good price affordable.

There are no elevators, there are single beds on the 3rd floor and I have to lift my luggage which weighs 35 kg alone. There are luggage storage places but more than 11 PM you have to pay $ 5 / day. The first time I entered the room, the room was very smelly of cigarette smoke, so I asked for a water refresher for my room, but the receptionist was friendly indeed.
