Employees very helpful & friendly

The hotel was great, but the area around the hotel is kinda ghetto.

Smell badly inside the room, cockroach around the hallway, the room aren't secure.

Price was decent and room for family , decent breakfast and pool, but little noisey . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to beach . If you want to save money and enjoy more then this is for you .

Staff was great. The pool and is nice and the food is excellent!!

Cómodo y muy buena atención

The rooms are really old and in need of major overhaul/repairs. Breakfast was awful and hotel is in a very dangerous neighborhood.

Very animal friendly and management staff was excellent.

We were a group of 6 and stayed 2 nights, 3 days. We enjoyed the pool, the peace around, the breakfasts included in the price and for a reasonable price decent lunches even though they don't have a restaurant. Parking is free. Its a modest hotel.The room wasn't clean when we arrived, thinking they were going to clean it later on. That didn't happen and that the refrigerator was empty. Since the hotel is out of the main road in a humble street (hotel resorts are in the main street) there's no much on that block, but close by there's the beach, and hotel resorts.

It was horrible, no WI-FI, No TV,the neighborhood was terrible,and they charge me double.I would never go back there.

Barato, para una noche me sirvió, si te reciben a cualquier hora. El desayuno arepa, huevo y chocolate. Limpio y servicial.

Esta un poco alejado de los lugares que por lo general se visitan en Cartagena pero el transporte es accesible, bastante cómodo y muy amables

Se encuentra en un barrio peligroso no muy agradable te lo dicen todos desde que llegas, esta muy descuidado y sucio, en mi habitación no funcionaba el tiradero del sanitario ni la luz del baño, a rescatar el personal es muy amable. No me volvería a hospedar en el.

Un lugar acogedor, agradable y económico, muy recomendable... tiene las tres B (bueno, bonito y barato).

Hermoso lugar y los empleados maravillosos,gente muy agradable, me volvería a hospedar ahí cuando vuelva a Cartagena
