The spa is not included in the hotel stay as the listing would suggest. Instead it costs a minimum of 399 per person for one session. The WiFi in our room was unusable, unable to even load Google. We spoke with staff several times about this and it wasn’t fixed, so we had to find cafes with WiFi to do work at our own expense.

Nice apartments hotel in a good location and in affordable price

Hotel decor and cleanliness was very good. Staff spoke English and were polite and friendly. They were able to hold our luggage and also provide late check out. Breakfast had a variety of options. Hotel location was a little bit out of the town centre/old town square however still close to amenities like museum, dancing house etc. We had stayed at the apartment and it was great, I recommend staying here again.

The size of the bedroom and bathroom was excellent. It was excellent but possibly a kettle and a fridge would have made it more exceptional.

There is some building works next to the hotel. I was not told about this. It was very nosy in the mornings and woke me up everyday of my 5 night stay. I would not have booked this hotel had I known. Otherwise a noce hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the main area and easily accessible for all areas of the center of Prague. Being slightly off the main route means the hotel is in a quiet place without traffic noise. Images of the rooms are accurate and they are a good size and very comfortable.

Wouldn’t stay here again. On entering the hotel it’s pleasant but everything else was disappointing Temperature of the rooms unbearable! Asked reception to resolve never fixed Rooms are only cleaned once a week No clean towels left bins not emptied On checking out other guests complaining about the same things Clearly they need to be listening to guest feedback instead of telling people to email! Would never stay here again

The property was very clean and modern, the room was toasty and warm with a radiator in the bathroom. What I didn’t like was the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was and it seemed poorly communicated on the Expedia ad that the spa was separate from the stay (this was decently priced). Otherwise, strongly recommended for quick trips.

Fantastic stay in Prague. About a 7 min walk to Wensclas square for many food, shopping, and public transport options. The staff is friendly & the hotel is well maintained & very welcoming. The breakfast buffet is a great value for the price & the snack corner in the lobby is well stocked & a great addition. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family, I will be sure to visit again!

The staff at reception (especially Ales) was terrific! The location was great too and the room was very comfortable

Lovely hotel, short walk to main shops/river etc. staff were excellent. Breakfast was good, lots of selection! The spa is an extra expense & gets booked up early. It’s a shame that there’s no restaurant/bar area in the hotel, although they do sell cans/bottles/frozen foods/snacks in the lobby. Quite reasonably priced. All the staff were lovely & were happy to engage.

We booked a studio unit. It was very comfortable. The studio had all that you need. The space was just right.
