Lovely hotel, but I did have an electrical outage for about 2 hours.

This place is fine if you are in town. But could be so much better. Great views, friendly staff and very clean However, place needs renovation. Rooms are very small and outdated and public areas need some money spent on them to allow guests to make most of fantastic location

Very basic, very small and unattractive bathroom with linoleum floor; no bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion offered - just all-purpose dispenser of "cleanser" - no bath mat to step onto from shower, and almost nowhere to put toiletries. Hotel has a nice view of the lake; breakfast was okay, but I would not stay here again.

It was in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke good English.

The hotel needs some manager assistance. My rate was $122, yet I was charged $136. The evening brunch was marginal. Food was not that good. The morning breakfast was average. Many hotels are superior to this hotel. Some help with improving the above is needed. D

Too much time to find staff. They were great when found, but stations were unattended almost every time I looked for soneone

I asked for clean bedding after the first night because I got terrible rashes on my legs because the bedding was so dirty. They changed the seets because I had already taken them of and thrown them On the floor. They did not change the the rest. Even though I had asked for clean bedding. Be aware the minibar is a shelf on the wall, there is no refrigerater in the room.

Hotel is set over three levels on the side of a hill overlooking a large lake. Hotel seems nondescript from the front, but is way bigger than it looks. Decent sized rooms, with somewhat tired bathrooms. Hotel is probably over-priced for what it is, but then again, it is Sweden. Food from the bar and breakfast was bland.

Great location and view onto the water. Loved that the curtains/blinds in the room blocked out all the light - important for us in the summer with it being light all night! Food in the restaurant was bistro food only, would've been nice to have more variety.

Rummet rent, fint och fräscht. Bekväm säng, god middag och frukost. Personalen gav ingen information om middag, frukost eller faciliteter vid incheckning så det fick vi be om själva.
