This is a glorified Motel 6. Upon arriving, we were ignored (later, the front desk clerk said she was training). She later apologized when I advised her that all she needed to do was at least acknowledge that we were there and that she would be right with us. Outside the room, we saw some damage to the screen as if someone used a screwdriver to take off the screen to get into room. Didn't extend a feeling of safety when I was already worried. Three of their cameras were not functioning and the property had some dark areas. This property is right near the freeway, so half the rooms get freeway noise all night. Upon entering the room, we found it very basic which is what we expected. Bathroom was clean but the towels were of poor quality. Even the soap smelled like the soap you get at Motel 6...that distinct smell. Anyway, the biggest complaint was the bed. It was very noisy whenever you moved on it. Luckily my girlfriend and I were only staying one night. They did have a decent breakfast with the normal expected items - sausage links, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. And the staff was very nice upon checking out.

Had a great stay except went to get breakfast at 815am and it was all gone.

I liked it was close to the fairgrounds

Liked: convenience to access the Valley Train station. Did not like: Families living in the property; noise; smell of marijuana while passing some rooms; there was even a person who nocked at my door repeated time. I did NOT open. I struggled to find my room because of poor room location.

Okay, just a pretty beat up room with a broken headboard and a lot of dings on walls. Sheets seemed to be clean, bathroom seemed to be clean.

Children running around outside at midnight. Stray cats everywhere. Random people hanging around smoking. Floors so thin you can hear phones vibrate. Not a good experience.

Pool and hot tub aren’t open. Don’t clean rooms thoroughly

had to pay more for rate shown parking sucks. loud people fighting late at night, dog barking that was left overnight in a car next to my window. IV needles right outside the office door . garbage bin over full ..

Overall this place was fine. Wasn't really impressed with the parking lot. Seemed like too much riff raff was going on in the parking lot. Also had over heard that a hotel guests van was stolen out if the parking lot. Which made me worry about my vehicle. I wasn't able to park car close to my room as there were about 5 or 6 parking spaces blocked with tape and orange cones. But is close the Expo and that was the objective. But the staff was nice. They do need to put out more tables for the guests at breakfast time. There was no where to sit when we went for breakfast.

Good place

No pool. No hot tub. Power to the room went out when microwave was used. Clerk couldn't care less. Really really unhelpful uncaring unprofessional. Shame on you.

I do want to credit the staff who was very attentive and patient and they were very friendly… however, during my stay, I had to go to the lobby late at night mind you because I was out here for a wedding for them to reactivate my key because they locked me out of my room. That part I did not appreciate. I was tired. I had just got back. I was ready to eat and go to bed. And while the reactivation of the key was quick, I do not see why there was a point for the key to be reactivated. The front desk attendant asked me if I was checking out the following day. If their system has my check out, why was I being asked about my checkout day? That tells me that in the system they just start clicking things or doing whatever cause I received a message telling me thank you for your stay please review us though my stay hadn’t finished yet. So with that on top of how terrible the property looked on the outside. With how terrible, the parking was. I will not be returning to this location. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

Our room was nice, no complaints but the people hanging out around the property were sketchy. Lots of marijuana smoking everywhere, big dogs, unaccompanied children. The pool was closed. It appeared that people were renting by the month, very uncomfortable, undesirable overall.

Hot tub had no water in it. The property was old and run down looking.

The facility was under renovation so there were some areas that weren’t accessible but overall it was pleasant enough.

Was great, room smelled nice and floor was clean

The bed and the pillows were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The bed was so unstable and made a ton of noises. The mattress felt like it was 25, maybe 27 years old and the middle part had completely collapsed. You’d probably look at it and it would start making noises. I gave my wife a look like “hey you wanna do something weird??” And she said “no are you crazy?? We are going to wake the whole hotel up with this bed.” So bottom like is, cheap? Sure. Worth the pain (literally pain all over the body from that bed)? No.
