Firstly, I requested a 4 PM check-out and was charged extra. I made this request on the app during booking, but the staff refused, which was frustrating because it was my last day in Da Nang and I needed to pack and plan my itinerary quickly. Secondly, I requested laundry service, but the hotel refused. The next day, when I went down to ask, they were even rude, and I had to take my clothes outside to wash them. Besides the location, there are no outstanding amenities; I even had to find parking for my rented car. I hope the hotel reads this and learns from this experience, so as not to negatively impact the experience of tourists like me. I only get to go to Da Nang a few times a year!

Okay. I've stayed at this hotel twice. It's cheap and clean. The only downside is that you have to return your motorbike before 10 PM... It's near the beach. Good. The receptionist at 7 PM was especially pretty.
