Went to Houston to watch an event at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. This hotel was less than a mile from the Pavilion. It was conveniently located and very beautiful, clean and friendly environment. Super nice staff. Free breakfast was excellent and great variety. Room was wonderful and spacious, quiet and super clean. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling near the Pavilion or Woodlands area or North Houston. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had superficially paid for a king size bed and lake view. I was supposedly “upgraded” to a studio with queen size beds. It would have been nice had hotel staff asked me if my option was to go with the king size bed vs the view. I did not care for a “studio’ room and would have been completely happy with a king size bed /room and no view.

Awesome area with excellent dining options

Air conditioning not working in the Fitness Center Asked twice to have it turned on/repaired. Apparently internet went out on televisions- the first day there. Not fixed. Not big deals to us, but may be to others. Everyone was kind and friendly. Rooms were very clean.

Great location to walk to shopping, restaurants and parking. The pool was never busy, the gym was adequate and the breakfast, happy hour and staff were excellent.

Wonderful place will stay there again when in the Woodlands. It is near a lot of great restaurants they have a great staff!

Property was okay the service was horrible I was downgraded to a regular room from the suite I reserved and to be honest I'm still not sure why it happened and was offered no real explanation by the very unprofessional girl who is on the night shift at the front desk. I showed her my reservation and the room I was supposed to have to which she gave some weird reply about her not being able to upgrade my room which I wasn't asking to do I booked a suite had my family of 5 and our dogs so I clearly booked a suit because I needed the space. She just really was unprofessional citing that my room was given away and if I still wanted a suite I would need to pay an additional charge because the amount I paid when I booked the suite is less than what the suite cost was at that time. She also cited something about the room we were supposed to be in having a handicap shower but proceeded to out us in a downgraded room that still had a handicap shower. I called the hotel days in advance to inform them we were driving in and would be in late as well as to inquire about the pet fee. I was told that as long as we made it my midnight our room would be available for us as well as informed about the 150 dollar pet fee. Needless to say arriving at 11 pm at night after driving for hours and having this be the experience was less than expected and definitely not my usual experience with embassy suites.

The area and the staff was exceptional. Very helpful.

Highly recommend this hotel! They let us check in few hours early, great view as well.

The property was very clean and the staff is amazing. I wish the beds were more comfortable. That is my only complaint.

The shower had mold growing in the corners and up the wall about 4 tiles high.
