Very basic hotel. Not the most pleasant room to stay in.

A bit noisy during the day, being on a major avenue.

Nice property, good staff, decent hotel

It’s just ok. Had to ask for our room to be cleaned at the end of the day and have the room service tray be removed. Very pricey breakfast with meager offerings. Not as convenient to the airport as we were hoping for.

Staff was very helpful for all needs. Brenda helped to schedule our transport from and back to EZE airport. The location was great for waking around the city. Very happy with the entire experience.

A small hotel on a noisy, busy avenue. Small rooms, ok for an overnight stay. Nice rooftop area with tables and chairs but the hotel wifi does not reach there.

Our flight arrived early in the morning and the manager on site assured us that we could have an early check in. However, when the shift changed, the new manager on site was less than accommodating. Even though guests were checking out early, they made us wait four hours before giving us our "early" check in.

Urbanica The Libertador Hotel: Overall, this hotel was clean and the room was nice ( a bit small though) the bathroom was also nice but the shower is quite small. The hotel includes breakfast, but instead of offering a good continental breakfast, it offers Starbucks which I found disappointing. They should tell their potential customers that the breakfast they offer is Starbucks. The staff were quite pleasant, however, there was no concierge service. I stayed at this hotel for 9 days and I had to call the front desk all but two of the days as the thermostat did not work well and my room was too hot. There was also poor water temperature (cold to scalding) on several occasions in the shower.

Hotel is well located next to a lovely park. It'/ quite new and very clean. Room was spacious and simple. Service was very nice and attentive. My only complain is size of the shower. It was very small and I'm kinda petite. Was uncomfortable. But I will most likely stay here.

Check in was slow

O quarto tem um tamanho excelente, é espaçoso. A cama é maravilhosa, super confortável. Só não achei bom o chuveiro. A água tem pouca pressão e o banheiro é muito escuro. Tinha uma luz de led no espelho que não estava funcionando e a outra iluminação é pouca. O café da manhã é bom. Não avisaram que se quiséssemos ovos era só pedir e só descobrimos isto no último dia. Servem o básico, mas com qualidade. Tem bastante opções de frutas. Poucas opções de pão, mas pães gostosos, e bebidas que tem em qq café da manhã.

Quarto amplo, cama e travesseiros grandes e confortáveis, chuveiro com boa pressão de água. O quarto não possui iluminação adequada, não possuem lâmpadas no teto, apenas abajurs espalhados pelo quarto. O barulho da avenida incomoda um pouco, sendo que estávamos em um andar alto. Os funcionários da recepção são extremamente atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar, nos deram uma excelente dica de lugares para jantar.

Recepção muito solicita. Cama muito confortável. Porém atenção ao tipo de comoção a escolher, a princípio reservei uma acomodação que não tinha banheira e freegobar (não havia me atentado a isso). Já no hotel, solicitei para subir de categoria. Então, é importante observar se na sua acomodação já tem incluído a banheiro e freegobar que não são para todos os quartos. Inclusive no quarto de categoria inferior a tv era menor e não era smart (sem Netflix, YouTube, entre outros…). Fiquei muito satisfeita com a hospedagem (após subir de categoria). Fui especificamente para a maratona de Buenos Aires. Hotel fica há 20 minutos andando para a largada, foi ótimo. Próximo ao Bairro Chinó e Parque Palermo. Café da manhã bem gostoso, e em anexo tem um Starbucks ao hotel.
