The hotel is quite spacious. It's comfortable, clean, and the rooms are quite spacious, but the AC is still old-fashioned, hehe. I'd recommend using Stella in the rooms in the future to make them smell better. The staff and security are also friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ungaran.

We had to switch rooms because we'd requested a non-smoking room, but were given one that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The receptionist kindly showed us to several other rooms for us to choose from. We ended up getting a room that was relatively clean and free of the smell of cigarettes.

The hotel's rates are a bit pricey, but it's strategically located on Ungaran's main road. I booked this hotel because it had a family room, and luckily, I got a room on the ground floor.

Sorry I didn't have time to take photos, the hotel is highly recommended, the Wi-Fi is smooth, comfortable, safe, and the staff are friendly.

For a hotel without a lift and very standard breakfast, the price is too expensive.

Arrived at 11:00 in a tired condition & was able to check in earlier, the staff was very helpful.

I would like to express my overall satisfaction with the services and the room during my stay. Everything was pleasant, except for two areas that I believe could be improved. First, the condition of the towels could be better. They appeared worn and not up to the standard I expected. Second, I had an unfortunate experience with the night shift security guard. I arrived late from a family event and was not feeling well. My nephew, who was dropping me off, kindly asked the guard to move the cone and rope blocking direct access to the rooms in the back area of the hotel. The guard refused, stating that the area was full of cars. As a result, I had to walk through the reception area to reach my room. While the distance is not far under normal circumstances, it felt difficult due to my poor health. What saddened me even more was that the back area was nearlsuccess, only two or three cars were parked there. In my humble opinion, honesty and empathy are essential in the hospitality industry. A kind conversation and truthful response can make a big difference, especially when guests may be dealing with personal challenges. The room is comfortable although it feels a bit hot, access is on the main road, the WiFi is decent, the breakfast is decent although not very varied, the air conditioning needs to be improved because the air is hot, it's not bad for a 3 star.

The price was commensurate with the room and service. I left some food in the freezer because it's perishable. The service was excellent and friendly. A memorable experience. Recommended.

Everywhere is close, I feel comfortable and satisfied.

The AC needs maintenance, and the water pipes need to be checked again so that the water doesn't drain/stagnate immediately.

Very strategic location near mosque, satay, KFC, Pizza etc. including on the main road so make sure when crossing wait for security to help you to be safe. because there is no elevator for those who do not like to go up and down choose the 1st floor

The location is on the edge of the highway which is very easy to access, even through Trans Jateng. Overall it is quite comfortable. The hotel is a bit old but cleanliness is guaranteed.
