Very unfriendly staff. Not suitable for family travels

Please beware of this place if you travel with children. This is not kids friendly place and they don’t have any cribs. The contact person of this place was very unfriendly and unhelpful. When we addressed our issue that we have children and we have noted that we require 2 kids beds as they are under 2, the lady told us that it is our problem as they haven’t received any info from expedia. When we asked for later check out (1 hour later), we were told that it is not possible and to leave on time and that they don’t care that our children are napping
