The staff at this hotel were fantastic. Each and every staff member I came across had a morning, afternoon or nighttime greeting, with a smile. Safe and secure. Playa just down the road. Centro Historical not a very far drive in the other direction. And .. if you need a Walmart, it’s a five minute walk away. I will definitely recommend and return. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was great the only issue was the smell coming out of the restroom sewer other than that my stay was great.

My daughter wanted to visit some friends from collage and spend some me time before applying for another collage and this hotel was the best choice, right in the middle of the ocean and the lagoon, next to everything else.

The hotel location it’s very poor, very few things to do around in very questionable neighborhood.

El bar no estaba abierto, el cuarto en mal estado, si lo arreglaron pero no hicieron el aseo , atención del personal nocturno muy despota

Les hace falta mantenimiento, había una rata en el área de la alberca. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado en una habitación y en la otra se pidió que se fumigara porque con los zancudos era imposible dormir y no lo hicieron. A lo mucho vi 3 personas mas en mi estadía por lo que supongo no tenían mucho trabajo como para olvidar la peticion, después de la cuarta vez que comentamos lo de aire acondicionado fue que enviaron a un técnico

Habitación limpia

Todo bien, excelente servicio y las habitaciones están bien, lo único es que cuando me hospedé estaban construyendo y no me pudieron dar la habitación con balcón que reserve, pero es comprensible, fuera de eso todo excelente 👌

Lugar agradable , aunque nos tocó en tiempo de obras y es molesto, el internet pésimo y no hay opción ya que la señal en la habitación se corta así que quedas incomunicado.

No use mi el bar ni el restaurante, la habitación y alberca si me gusto

El Hotel es 4 estrellas , tiene estacionamiento y lo cierran a las 10 p.m , habitacion Aceptable con Aire Acondicionado , tiene alberca y Bar

Me quede otra noche mas y no respetaron el precio de la noche anterior . Cuando ya había hablado antes para confirmar . En fin hay mejores hoteles un poco más barato . La primera noche me cobrarob1280 y la segunda 1600 . Pero la señorita recamarera ella si se merece un 100.
