esta muy deteriorado, el mantenimiento es desastrozo y jamas volvería

El Pierre tuvo mejor época ! Se encuentra algo decaído: alberca central estaba en reparación (en puente), desayuno sigue siendo bueno y el Staff amable.

Todos! My all time favorite beach hotel. Special thanks to Atena (sp?)) who is the consummate hostess. Can't wait to return for my birthday again next year 😘

Excelente lugar muy pero muy recomendable

The hotel is good. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms are dated and need remodeling.

Good hotel

At arrival bell boy was unfriendly didn’t took about luggage. Other than that everything was great.

After the hurricane, the place looked old. The service at the restaurant was poor; it took too long for the food to be served. When we asked the waitress about the delay, he was on the phone. We ordered coffee martinis, but they told us they didn't have coffee. The pool towels were old, and there was no elevator.

The property isn’t too large easy to walk around with excellent dining options, beautiful pools and overall the facility is fantastic

El hotel es viejo pero bien conservado, las habitaciones, la alberca, los jardines y la comida bien; sugiero modernicen sus aires acondicionados xq hacen micho ruido y re ubiquen el gimnasio para q tenga mejor vista…

In General, we enjoyed our stay. Areas of opportunity. Have Ice available near the room. Be able to choose breakfast other than buffet. Room service have some inconsistencies in quality and completeness of the service.

Probably was nice when we drove up check in took about 15 minutes. I don’t know why and room had issues the first night massive conversation build up three times we moved to another room, but they moved us to another room at midnight that had not had the air conditioning running, so it’s hot. Talk to the front desk manager about compensation would not do anything but upgrade on our next trip. why would you go back for an upgrade to a place enjoy secondly both my self and my boyfriend got sick off the food at the property. It’s about it.

We enjoyed our trip, hotel was good. Staff, fantastic and food great.

Incredible: no hot water, noisy air conditioning (had to turn off at night)

La televisión no funcionaba bien porque solo tenía 3 canales, las almohadas olían horrible. No estoy de acuerdo con que la gente aparte los camastros y tarden horas para usarlos cuando hay gente que no tiene ni donde sentarse. En cuanto al servicio fue excelente, mi hijo tuvo una herida con un azulejo de la alberca y fueron muy amables y lo curaron y hasta le regalaron un helado, excelente de verdad. El buffet de la mañana de verdad todo delicioso y las instalaciones con buen mantenimiento

Las condiciones del hotel no superan las 3 estrellas, necesita una remodelación total, los cuartos están en mal estado, los baños super anticuados, los restaurantes con servicios muy limitados, ojalá inviertan en el ya que es un hotel muy bonito y de mucha tradición y es una pena que lo dejen caer de esa manera
