We had a fabulous and relaxing stay at this ryokan. The in-room traditional Japanese breakfast every morning with ocean view was fantastic and the entire staff team is very friendly and helpful. Highly reccomend for an affordable but authentic ryokan experience. Arigato gozaimasu!

Appreciate that there was a Taiwanese staff who was able to communicate with us. She was helpful too, helping us with recommendations on nearby restaurants as well as some refund. Breakfast is excellent! Room is spacious, clean and there is a nice view from the window. The only minor ‘negative’ is that the onsen door is unlocked all the time and I always worried some male may come in by mistake. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great Ocean view and staffs are very friendly. Old building, but very clean.

Hotel's location is really great, near to train station and town central. While the hotel looks dated, the service is great! Kashikojima is a quiet place but there are enough of things to do and see.

Not easy for traveller with no car. Either wait for their shuttle bus, take taxi or walk up the hill.

The breakfast type was announced as "Continental", but it was indeed "pure traditional Japanese" and without possibility to get a continental one...

スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。

オーシャンビューで、部屋は和室2間続きのいい所にしていただきゆっくりと過ごせました。伊勢エビ、あわび、牛肉の鉄板焼きと料理も最高でした。スタッフの方々も話やすく良かったです。

眺望がとても良く、英虞湾が部屋から一望出来るオーシャンビューでした。 また、食事もとても充実して、美味しく、部屋で食べれるので、ゆっくりいただけました。 また、行きたいと思います。

二度目の宿泊です。 環境も静かで、景色も良く 何より従業員の方々の心遣いが嬉しかったです。 (此方の都合により朝食の時間を前倒ししていただいたり布団の位置を配慮いただきました) 設備は年相応ですが…

閑静な賢島の中にあり ゆったり時間を過ごせる。

普通に宿泊者が廊下や階段で喫煙している そのため館内全体がタバコ臭い また部屋に料理が運ばれるため朝食後の廊下はその匂いに満たされる 部屋のトイレが狭い 廊下はまだしも階下の遊戯エリアの他客の騒いだ声が部屋にいても聞こえる 朝7時から布団の上げ下げの確認の電話が入る 食事の片付けのために終わったことをいちいち電話入れる必要がある 最初の部屋入室時に鍵がかかっておらず他の宿泊者が入ったかもしれず安心できない 電気ケトルの性能が悪い 畳の擦り切れを放置している スタッフの方が礼儀正しく丁寧だったのが救いだがあえて泊まる宿泊施設ではない

5階に泊まりましたが、部屋からの海の眺めが素晴らしく、快適です。また、とても落ち着く旅館でした。

食事がとてもおいしかったです。お風呂もよかったです！
