The water heater was broken, and no room was prepared. I waited for almost an hour for a room to be ready. When I finally got there, I waited for the technician to check it, but there was no alternative room available. I had to take a cold shower at night. In the morning, the technician came to fix it, but by then it was already past 9 am. Plus, they were constantly coming in and out while repairing it, taking so long that it was almost noon. Who would want to soak in the bathtub at that time? I was planning to relax in the bathtub at night before bed. I chose this place because it had a bathtub. I'm very disappointed.

The hotel and suite is excellent but they never provide toothbrush and toothpaste like normal 4 star hotels do. I have to buy toothbrush for 25bhat ans toothpaste for 25bhat. The breakfast does not have variety of food and all the food have been 'booked' by the china tourist.
