Dirty pool. Clogged bathroom drain. Wc spray is broken. Shower can not be regulated cold / hot.

The place is dirty and the mattress is very uncomfortable.

The bed cover is very ugly, lots of stains like it has never been replaced, the atmosphere is also not like the picture (expectation).

If you want to sleep here, just think about it again, it's a terrible service staff, the order doesn't match the application.

My experience of staying for 3d2n was quite pleasant, but the location was very far from the city and the place had little lighting / dark lighting when it was scary night, if it was late afternoon until late afternoon so far so good, the food was not good, and I was disappointed for the honeymoon to confirm with the hotel to order roses for decoration but none was very-very disappointed. Hopefully the future can be more professional

Food is not tasty and not served, towels are not clean, swimming pool is poorly maintained.

Facilities need to be updated so they don't look worn out which reduces comfort. The hotel and the cooperative staff.

The shower is broken, the bathroom is dirty, the bed linen is dirty, the bathroom smells disappointing.

Very disappointing, the staff okay friendly just cleanliness and all kinds are still lacking the bath is not feasible to use in holes.

Bathrooms, bed linen pillowcases are dirty, swimming pool is not decent even though it smells of cat feces, many mosquitoes are not friendly service.

Not according to the picture, my check-in time is allowed at 6 pm for a room.

Quiet still quiet but the pool can not be used place less clean the roof in the showers water dishower hot showers all no cold so please fix it again forwards.

The place is nice just not maintained a dirty pool full of moss, a leaky bathub can not be used and I mesen a deluxe room but I was given a standard room or Abian villa Do you have a deluxe room like a standard room? please improve in the future so as not to disappoint thank you.
