Has A/C and hot water. That's all I nee

Good first- clean, safe. Could be better- parking is very limited- your vehicle is blocked in by others or you are blocking in others. They will not take the keys or move cars, so you need to get up early and move yours or you need to wait for others to move theirs. Not a good system. Also, the showers are terrible. Last, the rooms have a window into the hallway, which is always brightly lit. No blackout curtains, so the room is very bright all through the night.

Hotel is in the main market part of town. Hotel listing states a hair dryer is in the room, but one was not even available to borrow and they wouldn’t provide one. Shower pressure is lower, the first room we were in it dribbled down the back wall only. The shower curtain isn’t long enough so bathroom floor gets wet (no floor towel provided). Bathroom door only opens halfway. Mold on walls. Lumpy mattress/pillows. Blanket was available when requested. Room was mostly quiet.

Hi. Stayed here for two nights. Great location by lots of shops and places to eat and less thsn 10 mins walk to Ado bus station. Friendly professional staff. Nice clean room, smart tv, nice bathroom with quick hot water. For the price you cant go wrong.

What's not to like about this property? Clean, modern, safe, courteous staff, plenty of parking space and all around a great hotel. We will come back and recommend it.

Great staff, clean

It was ok

The hotel had free indoor garage parking .. a total plus. The internet was sufficient. 24/7 reception. Nobody spoke any English, but that was ok too. Hot water was good. Overall, a good value for the money. The rooms had good air conditioning. The neighbourhood wasn't safe but looked a bit sketchy after darkness.

Everything was way more nice and clean then I expected. I will tell everyone to stay there if they are in the area. The fresh cut up fruit with granola and honey was a plus.

This was a nice clean hotel close to restaurants, stores including large grocery store, etc. Well equipped rooms with A/C, TV, etc. Clean functional bathroom, plenty hot water. Safe and secure location. It is within walking distance of the ADO bus station but it is a far walk. Would take taxi if have luggage. Taxi was 50 pesos.

The hotel was very clean, and well equipped with an excellent staff. Two problems: first the hot water took a while to work after turning on the water, and second the location is not ideal, but they can call you a taxi that picks you up so if your not wanted to go explore its a good place.

Hotel was really nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Small complimentary breakfast was unexpected and appreciated. As other reviews say the rooms had no window/view of outside but we weren't bothered by this. Location wasn't the best, but only a short walk to the bus station and touristy restaurants. Fantastic value for money.

if i go there next time i will stay near the bus terminal, this place is near a local market in which quite dark and quiet at night

Good, clean budget hotel, but be aware of the neighbourhood. Also it's hard to get to hotel walking. It's hidden.
