Lo básico de un Hotel en Ciudad de México es tener agua. El hotel no ofrece ni agua, ni una pequeña botella, la habitacion tenía sus paredes y pisos manchados, el mueble del baño deteriorado, la seguridad es pésima en la habitación, es un llaves de bola super sencillo que cualquiera habré.

Very bad room

I booked this room for some family who needed to stay in town urgently. The price was good and reviews online were okay, so I thought it would be okay. It was not. The second my family got into the room they called and sent photos. Yellowish-black towels in the bathroom, furniture and windows covered in dust, hairs in the bedding, blankets and sheets burned by cigarettes, a black mattress.. The list kind of goes on. I felt so bad for my family. They left the hotel at 3am and waited at the airport for their flight instead of staying in the room.

Room was clean, im not sure if the change the sheets as there was some hair in between the comforter and sheets. But overall, nice small room, it does get noisy and you can hear the whoopy and other things going on around the clock. I brough some earplugs and it help drown out the noise and get some good sleep. I was given Breakfast which was cereal and fruits (i chose mixed fruit, papaya, melon and pineapple). They have a menu with a good options. I always choose the egg and ham tortas. The area is a busy during the day, transportation almost in front in the hotel. To the right you more buses and metro Guerrero accross the street. There are lots of food shops and convenient stores nearby.

It was nice and clean! Área was really full of people and felt really safe at all times but there was a little messy if you go towards the opposite side passing the oxox other than that near a lot of great taco restaurants and food :) Window was broken which wasn’t closing in the room but other than that nothing was touched and broken into lol hopefully they can fix that

Clean room, attentive staff

I was a bit surprised by how stuffy the room would get when it was very cool walking through the hotel. Good access to a metro, overall good spot to stay if you’re planning on being out n about most of your trip. Nothing crazy special. Accessible to a metro line, there’s a mall very close by as well.

Nice overnight stay. The Hotel Dharma was really easy to get to from the metro. It was a funky low frills room with a great lobby and a very helpful, and 24 hour front desk person.

Great experience. Great location. Lovely staff.

Beware of this hotel. I had my Bose earphones in my backpack, and it disappeared while I was staying in this hotel. Too bad I only realized when I was at the airport coming to my country, but yes, I’m sure it was taken while our belongings were in the room.

Considering the price of the hotel, I would give it a 5 star review. However, there are other things to consider. While I wouldn't characterize the area around the hotel as unsafe, I would definitely say it's dirty. Not the hotel's fault, but just an observation. My bedroom window would not close properly, which is a safety concern. It would be very difficult for somebody to break in considering the size of the opening & the fact that I was located on the third floor of the property, but still worth mentioning. I appreciated the effort put into the decor of the place. I stayed during Dia de Los Muertos season, so they had great decorations and altars. The guy at the front desk wasn't the kindest, but can't expect a whole lot considering what I paid.
