Staff were awesome, location was so convenient to get to the train to get around town. Everything was clean. Breakfast was underwhelming for 12 euro each. Loud area but a part of being in a good location!

Room was rather small, (my friend had a much bigger single room) and the decor was quite tired. Only one electric point and that was not near the bed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Angel was so nice and made our stay very special Thank you.

This is a "Travelers Hotel" So it's perfect if you want an inexpensive, clean, low frills, safe, low key, room. It's about 200 meters from Rome Termini. So it's super convenient. Theres a Grocery store- in Termini, and just about anything you want. So this location is good for those seeking that type of travel. Breakfast is solid here. ( better than some I've seen ). But don't book this hotel looking for luxury-- and and top tier service--- that's not what it is..... It's a nice, clean, safe, low cost alternative to higher price hotels. That's what it is. Rooms are smaller-- but they are in many big city hotels.

The breakfast was the best part. The room was small, especially the shower. The hotel is very dated with very dirty walls! The reception team were lovely and helpfull though

The Receptionist named Janine was exceptional in terms of helpfulness and warmth. Big asset to this place. Breakfast was also varied and plentiful. Rooms are small but immaculate.

Front desk staff was welcoming, professional and helpful in providing information about dining and transportation options. Building has smaller rooms and is dated, but clean and quiet.

I had a great experience in my two-day stay at this hotel. It was a two-minute walk to Roma termini station. I had everything I need. I highly recommend it.

Whilst the booking process was horrid, I had three rooms cancelled on me with no contact and at the last minute had to find new accommodation for 5 members of my group booking, the experience there was much more than I expected. The Front office staff, the ladies cleaning the rooms and the handy man were so very helpful it made up for the inconvenience of having a split group.

Hotel Luce was in a convenient Location. Older style rooms with basic amenities. There are restaurants everywhere on this street so noise was a concern. Beds were Ok. Overall for the money, was Ok

This hotel gives you exactly what you pay for; convenient location with a reasonable price for the area. We stayed on the fourth floor. Fairly warm in the room with a slow, but functioning air conditioner. The room is small, as the hotel photos depict. Our sheets were clean and towels replaced daily. Washroom was small, but clean. Staff was friendly, from our limited interaction with them. Breakfast is simple and convenient. Wifi functioned well enough in our room to be able to utilize video chat. Don’t expect perfection, but also do not expect to spend a fortune.

Worst service ever.

It is very close to the termini train station. There are restaurants nearby. The double bed it two twins pushed together, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. The shower was a bit strange, no shower curtain and the tub was really high up.

The bed was uncomfortable, but overall the hotel was decent. Location was perfect for us to catch the train at stazione termini

The staff is super friendly and eager to help. I have enjoyed every single interaction with all the staff. I was also very pleased because the great majority of the staff knew at least Spanish and English.

Located on quiet street near busy train station. Staff is helpful and breakfast is good too. Unfortunately hotel requires major work, many things are broken. Room we stayed was so small that only place for suitcase was the desk.

The best is their breakfast. I would only give this hotel a 3 star not 4 star. Not even WiFi in the rooms for a 4 star hotel? Really!
