Great staff, great food, and comfortable bed in a convenient location, only thing I would say is breakfast was a bit lacking, only a small tray of pastries and they were gone within seconds then it's a 20-30 min wait for more, also cooked breakfast seemed to take ages to come out.

Mouldy bathroom with no proper shower (a hose on the taps). Boiling hot even in April due to hot water pipes running through the room. Breakfast waitress super rude. Hotel manager not available at the time and has since ignored all emails. Have complained to Best Western and Hotels.com

Breakfast was fantastic. Should be a better buffet option, but the hot food was fantastic. Staff were incredible. Rooms are from the 1970s.

The hotel is nice location, however the room and most areas are looking quite quite tired, very squeaky floor in the room (100). I was worried moving around too much that it would disturb other guests.

Didn’t have breakfast, dinner was great, nice menu. Car park was roomy and fine.

Best room we have ever stayed in at a Best Western Hotel - bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Good size room pleasantly decorated - comfortable bed. Had evening meal in restaurant and breakfast - food well cooked, Free parking and location of hotel perfect.

Food in the restaurant was really good. Staff were really good and friendly. Beds are hard. And bedrooms outdated. Shower was very poor flowing

Entrance to the hotel difficult to find. Clean and friendly staff. Room was nothing like the ones advertised probably because we had our dog with us. Overall a pleasant stay.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had dinner on arrival and food was good and reasonably priced. We stayed at rooms 207 & 208 which I guess is in the old part of the building so dated as expected but it was clean. Ample parking and located conveniently in the middle of town near shops and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant stay.

A little dated now in all fairness. Shower was warm, no pressure. Decor dated but still so very retro. Could do with a freshen up. Very clean, attentive staff and I would still stay again. I'm not a picky person at all and still slept very well. Great location and plenty of parking.

Bathroom was a little too tight. No Sockets free near bed for charging modern devices like phones or tablets.

Everything was perfect, the staff were very friendly. Sorry I can’t remember his name but the barman was first class, he remembered how I liked my drinks without me saying anything.The food was perfect. Thank you

The rooms are always very clean. I've stayed here numerous times, and the cleanliness is always very good. The front-of-house staff are very welcoming and helpful, the beds are comfortable, and overall, it's a nice experience.

Lovely hotel , bit noisy . Clean and friendly

Staff were great and breakfast nice. However the accommodation is dated and very tired. Poor quality bed.
