Very easy and walkable to the beach. Feel secure around the hotel and its very tranquil

Looks better from Outside. We stayed for a night but when we arrived at the room. The light wasn’t working, the light bulb was broken and looks like for days and hasn’t been fixed, the tv signal was bad and they don’t have smart tv so you can log in into Netflix, Apple TV ,etc. I was Looking forward for the steam rooms waiting for eucalyptus smell but just smell like beans , not very pleasant smell. Also pool eve if was nice was full of flies.

I have been in this place few times already but this time was way different. The people just amazing very kind and ready to help in any situation. I am greatly grateful for the lives of Anthony,John,Patricia,Jairo,Yoneida,Maria Eugenia. Thank you and hope to seeyou soon. I am in debt blessings

Excellent location, close to the beach

Mercure Santa Marta is a nice hotel located in Bello Horizonte, very close to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. There are many dining options around and you can go to any place in Santa Marta from there

Only two elevators available for a property of its size and only one elevator was available because the other one was under Maintenance all weekend . Architects didn't think more elevators were needed?

The location is very convenient because it is very close to the beach. The building is well kept and cleaned. The staff is very polite, eager to help and also very friendly. What i did not like was that the shower glass door was dirty at the bottom.

One thing is they need the rest of the weights that are missing in the gym

The whole bottom row of weights in the gym are missing. When I showed the manager and asked her what happened to them, she said she didn’t know. She tried to tell me that they never bought all the weights, which is impossible. Those things come as a set. But nobody who worked there seemed to think it was a big deal. It’s a big deal if you pay good money to stay at a hotel and you want to use the gym.

Good hotel, good people. But the baño turco needs good cleaning and they are missing half the dumbbell weights in gym

Gran estadía. Checkin rápido, buen desayuno, excelente piscina y con acceso al mar. La habitación con buen tamaño. Un poco alejado de Santa Marta, pero muy cerca al aeropuerto. Buena elección.

Super séjour à l’hôtel mercure de santa marta. L’équipe était très accueillante et l’hôtel était très sympa. La chambre était spacieuse, le petit déjeuner était varié et la piscine était grande.

The hotel was confortable and the staff was friendly!

Good clean comfortable quiet hotel half a block from the beach. Umbrellas and chairs provided on the beach. Nice pool. Breakfast is good with a variety of fruit and breads and eggs can be ordered as preferred. Rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable. Staff are generally good but some need more traing. Wifi is good but you get kicked out almost everyday and you have to re log. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property

The reception was fast , room was large and very clean . Breakfast was excellent , service was very good . Beautiful pool clean and plenty of chairs . Very relaxing atmosphere. Close to the beach , nice ocean and safe . Walking distance to Good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel
