Great over night stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly!!

Sometimes all of the small details just add up. To begin with our door would not close without lifting the handle and pushing hard. As you walked into the room where the carpet met the tile, the carpet was torn and coming up. The window to the outside was cracked and the lampshade was pretty beat up. All little things but they really add up when you pay a higher price to stay at the hotel instead of others with more competitive pricing. We did use the pool but the railing was not secure as it was loose in the pool at the bottom. The staff was excellent!!

wifi not working so pretty disappointed. Strong smell of pot smoke from neighboring rooms. Room is comfortable and chilly (good).

The room was clean and comfortable. At night the parkinglot had plenty of light , made me feel safe .

The property had a lot of trash around the back and the pool was green with trash all in and around.

Upon arrival my husband and I considered leaving as the hotel did not quite feel. Upon accessing our room that uncomfortable feeling continued as the room had an odor and it just felt sketchy. But we were only staying one night after a concert and leaving early so we stayed. Our $100 hold for incidentals was posted without explanation. Numerous attempts to contact the hotel were unsuccessful. So I reached out to Expedia for help. One week later I’m told the fee is for smoking in the room. My husband and I do not smoke so this is clearly a mistake. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, my only option is to close my card and dispute the charge through my bank, which is quite the inconvenience. I do not recommend this location as the accommodations were subpar and the service has been unacceptable.

GROSSLY OVERPRICED - NOISEY-NOISEY-BIG TRUCK TRAFFIC AND NOISEY CARS

Our room and bed was great. Property need some maintenance attention. Toilet paper half missing and a hole in the wall. Also floors in public areas not very clean and carpet in some areas worn and frayed. Had to wait several Minutes for a clerk to come to the desk when I checked out.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

The ceiling over the bed was loose and trying to fall from a water leak!
