Excellent hotel, easy to find, close to restaurants. Definitely a great place to stay.

Pool area was cold and the lounge chairs were dirty with black debris and my clothes was stained by this debris

Friendly staff, very clean, convenient location, good parking, quiet hallways, comfortable rooms.

Property was clean- staff very nice. I booked here based on the indoor pool when we arrived the pool area had been closed for over a week, this was not disclosed when booking. It was too late to search for another hotel with an indoor pool for my granddaughter

Terrible water pressure, leftover soap scum on shower soap dishes, dusty lamps. Staff was great and friendly, but overall experience was poor.

I was put in room 101. I got a little to no sleep because the room is located right by the elevators and whoever was above me was jumping around all night long so I paid $400 for no sleep and loud noises. they should never have a room place where this room is you walk out the room and you’re directly into the lobby and facing anybody that’s waiting for an elevator. They are all waiting outside your room when they’re waiting for an elevator it’s ridiculous.

Two night stay to work a vendor event. Rooms were clean, building was in great shape, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

2nd time staying here. Actually picked this hotel again by accident as our first stay 9 months ago wasn’t so pleasant or clean, but was surprised to find our room was much cleaner than previous. Immediately walking into lobby had a fresh clean smell, the room itself had a stale smell to begin with, but dissipated as we went in and out. The rooms were spacious (we had a suite with separate living area) lots of empty space with the floor plan. The breakfast was a hit for my family as well. The neighborhood does seem a tad sketchy with the vape store in the parking lot, but we had no incidents. We would now purposely choose to stay here again after this trip.
