The cabin was amazing, so much nicer than we’d expected for the price. It had everything we needed, even a hairdryer & iron. Will definitely stay in one again. The Leisure facilities were great too, though the outdoor hot tub was not available which was a shame.

Room 301 - constant noise from the kitchen, shouting, singing. Extraction fan going all night, very loud. Not a good experience.

The staff were friendly the hotel clean and welcoming! Spa facilities are excellent despite some areas being out of order

Lodge was great value for money, especially like the kids room even though we didnt use it! Will definitely be coming back With the kids! Spa treatments were great and spa facilites such as the pool and sauna were excellent! Staff incredibly helpful and freindly! Wish id been staying for longer!

What a lovely stay we had, the service was great, everyone was super friendly and helpful. We booked a suite and it was great, clean and comfortable. We ate in the hotel’s restaurant, food was freshly cooked and good quality. Service again was impeccable. Would definitely recommend this place. Didn’t try the spa but would definitely be back!

Check in was quite late at 4 pm and check out was too early at 10 am I had no time for a lay in and breakfast. Breakfast was awful the one person was doing her best but because of the early check out everyone was having breakfast at the same time. This meant that food ran out and long waits. It really was disappointing indeed.

The room was very dated, because I booked through hotels.com I got a room not to the hotel usual standard. The shower had very little pressure, the cold tap ran hot water and I couldn't turn the heating off which made it uncomfortable.

Rooms need updating, all very dated with old cheap furniture. The buffet breakfast food ( eggs and bacon) was rock hard

Nice big room well heated and nice hot water. Could have done with 2 comfy chairs in the room as it was quite big plus a bigger coffee table, other than these ideas we would book this room again as we have have done before.

Since last visit little changes to cut costs but detrimental to the stay. Only shampoo inthe bathroom .buscuits and cocoa removed from the complimentary drinks.

All good - reasonable rates - big bed - would use this hotel again.

What really let's this hotel down is the quality of the breakfast produce. It just felt cheap and lacking in choice. The tea and coffee in the rooms was just not on par with a hotel of a standard.

Breakfast good, evening meal excellent. Pool and Spa facilities excellent and helped us relax. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
