Staff were efficient and friendly - very willing to help and always with good humour. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We were always ready for a rest and a drink after climbing the hill from the town !! (we could have taken a taxi)

Great stay. Loved the pool which was a very good size for a hotel. Lovely bar with friendly helpful staff. Rob was a super waiter. I think the staff all need a pay rise with senior staff being recognised for their experience.

Highly recommend. Great location, nice restaurant & lovely staff. If you are staying in the summer you might want to check if your room has air con. Would stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a while. The breakfast menu was fantastic, with a wonderful buffet offering. There was also an exceptional range of hot breakfasts on the menu, and this food was cooked to order very quickly. I also loved the fact that you could make yourself a pot of tea, to take back to your table and enjoy your tea exactly as you like it. The room was very comfortable, and it was great to have a fridge and a small bottle of Guernsey milk left in it each day, with biscuits and some chocs! It's relaxing to come back from a long day and be able to make a cup of tea or coffee with proper milk. The Copenhagen is a decent restaurant, though we only ate there twice because there were so many fabulous restaurants within a 15 minute walk, that we wanted to try! All the staff were really helpful and smiley - it makes such a difference!

Very easy check-in and receptionist showed me to my room. This was followed up with a phone call a little later making sure everything with the room was OK. Room itself was very small but all facilities were there. Excellent breakfast.

Reception staff were extremely helpful and moved us to a room with less stairs. Breakfast was superb and service excellent.

Good staff, good food, an all round good experience. Would stay again.

Rooms are recently refurbished, very clean, accessible and the hotel staff are great. The location is superb, close to the Town and views spectacular.

Fantastic location, just a stroll into town and back. Room spacious and spotlessly clean. Good facilities, swimming pool and restaurant on site. Booked room only but did sample an excellent breakfast one morning and the restaurant one evening. Staff helpful and very friendly, would definitely stay again.

Super views of the harbour, close to the bathing pools and town is walkable

Such friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, had a small fridge, modern bathroom (with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and air conditioning. The bed was large and comfortable, so we were very pleased with our room. We also love dining in the Copenhagen restaurant where there is so much choice.

Every member of staff here has been incredibly helpful. The food in the Copenhagen Bar and Grill was exceptional. The room was warm and beds comfortable and we slept so well. We have loved everything and will most definitely be back. Thank you x

Fantastic views; amazing breakfasts, clean, comfortable rooms with very friendly & welcoming staff. The pool, sauna and steam room are a lovely way to chill before you go (or return) frim exploring the town or island.
