Very good experience. The resort is rich in details and amenities designed for all preferences. From the children to the elderly, there is something for everyone. Staff went above and beyond to please us. We’ be back!

Excellent resort with great service. Staff was incredibly helpful. Grounds of resort are lovely along with a wonderful pool. Good breakfast and large, clean rooms. Would highly recommend!

Entry road should to the Resort should be repaired

It is a beautiful resort. Wish they would add complementary water to avoid running down to reception to get water as it is a hot and humid place

Everything was very nice but I think there was bed bugs on the bed just thought it was mosquitoes at the time.

The property area is away from the downtown and is very serene. Beautiful pool and facility is nice. Restaurant food and drinks are mediocre, and staff barely speaks English.

This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful pool, restaurant, and lounge. The rooms were large, beds comfy, and it was extremely clean and well maintained. Great value. Would highly recommend.

Great resort with great location. Porto Preguicas was all my family of 5 was looking for with spacious rooms (1 king, 3 single beds), great staff (1 member spoke good English), travel agency counter across reception desk, easy access to activities, and great service. Will visit again when I have the chance again.

A estrada que da acesso ao hotel precisa urgentemente de reparos, pois esta muito ruim. A piscina é bastante agradável, especialmente a de azulejo. A outra tem areia no fundo, curiosa, mas um pouco estranha rs. Comida do restaurante muito boa e pessoal muito atencioso! Curti!

Very good hotel! Restaurant serves delicious food. The only drawback is the entrance which needs pavement improvements. Overall, very good hotel!

Hot water was broken in the room. Good thing that they offer free kayak on the preguicas river. That was fun
