This is the second time I chose to stay at Svalinn for my trip to Turkey with the family. Our Turkey trips are never complete with the stay at Svalinn hotel and their wonderful hospitality and the wonderful breakfast. I really wanted to stay at Svalinn and when I contacted them they were more welcoming to accommodate my family. A great place with all the facilities you would expect. Thanks again Svalinn and to all the wonderful kind staff.

Staff was very infriendly and not helpful. We booked the room because we were told there is a pool- just to hear from the pool lady that there will be cleaning done for the rest of the day. We just HAD this one day (because our flight was the next day) so this was very unlucky. We asked the reception if they could do anything for us about that (cheaper rooms because we only booked the Hotel for the pool it offered) but all they could apparently do was to offer us 10% of for massages we didnt even want. I think thats very rude. We cancelled our room and left, found the mia city hotel directly on the other side of the street which offered us a better price, a pool and friendly staff.

At first I had a normal room, the room was good but the wifi did not work very well (less than 2 mbit/s). After I told the staff, they upgraded my room. The staff apologized and gave me a bigger room. The Wifi now is good (around 20 mbit/s) and the room is very nice. Thanks a lot, I really apreciate the reaction of the staff. Best regards

Excellent experience! We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The location is very convenient—only about a 10-minute drive from Izmir Airport. The room looked brand new, was very clean, and felt incredibly spacious. The breakfast has a lot of good choices. The only downside was that it could get a little noisy from the neighboring rooms at times. Overall, a great stay and definitely a place we would consider returning to!

this is a fantastic hotel! good location, spacious rooms, plenty parking, friendly staff. honestly it was a pleasure staying here and I recommend 100%
