Some of the staff was amazing! But some was kinda a rude . I always was mad that my shower wasn’t working and when I told them that , they didn’t fix it right away . I had to wait the day before I leaving for them to fix it . So 3 day with a broke shower . Liquor is very water down so bring your own bottle

Staff was amazing - specifically ariel, santo, Edward, Kenny, Enrique, Diego, and Rosie Rooms - tissue holder, outlet, and one sink in the washroom were broken upon arrival. There was a cockroach in the bedroom. Food - a la carte food was not good. Buffet was better but still not very good. Fruit was often moldy. Pool - please put dye in the pools because many people told us they were peeing. Also weird smell sometimes around the left pool on the beach side. Sports bar - rarely played sports, staff did not know how to work the tv’s

Hotel did not notify us nor did Expedia that we needed eTickets to fly into the Country. We missed our flight. While the hotel and Expedia were able to send all kinds of Junk emails to spend more money on things to do, they FAILED to notify us of the most single important piece of information. When we reached to Expedia to see if they would provide some kind of Credit for future trip or refund, they denied it. So, they are basically interested in monies (no fault there), but they will not have your interest in mind, which is important in the Hotel and Tourist services. So, they are going to take your money and run. Be careful, protect yourselves.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The check in process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. The wait staff was good. The food looked ok at the buffet but i didn't eat much of it as I'm vegan and the options weren't that many to choose from based on my dietary restriction but the other members of my party said the food was OK. My only issue was the amenities options or lack there of on the App. There's nothing impressive to me about bingo and kahoot as your main source of daily entertainment at an all inclusive resort. Otherwise the resort was great.

Staff needs more training in customer services they do not pay attention to the guest needs, usually you had to address needs so they can get you coffee, drink or simple utensils. If you said something they will argue with you. It was a long week of stress.

I faced a frustrating two-hour wait for check-in, despite having completed the online check-in process. This was an unexpected and disappointing start to our vacation. Once we finally reached our room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning. The following morning, I inquired at the front desk about switching rooms. I was informed that a technician would come to inspect the issue, and if it wasn't resolved, I should return at 2 PM for a room change. Unfortunately, no technician arrived, and when we returned. They switched us to room 148. The air conditioning appeared to be working overnight but failed again the next evening. Although we had requested a different room and were told there were no alternatives available. After waiting for a technician, someone finally came to assist us. While the air conditioning improved slightly, it was still uncomfortably warm. Additionally, I was alarmed to find termite tunnels in the bathroom, and I suspect there may be a sewer issue in that building, as there was a foul smell outside our room. Communication was another challenge; the phone line didn’t work. The pools are disgusting. I have pictures.

I have been all across the world and by far, this is worst experience I have ever had. The customer service was horrendous or nonexistent. The rooms were dirty, smelly, and not worth it. I booked for 5 days, and housekeeping refused to change sheets. I had to complain bitterly before they did. The property is run down and poorly managed. If you are darkskin and stay here, you will feel the isoaltion. It was oh so palpable. The frontdesk speaks poorly about guests in Spanish. Save your money and time and book elsewhere. It is simply not worth it!

What I liked was the cleanliness of the place. Everywhere you look someone was always cleaning. The buffet had a wide variety of food with wide choices. Plenty of fresh local fruits and food to suit all diets. The pool s were all clean, the beach was awesome and the entertainment was great. I enjoyed my stay here.

The people are great the pools and restaurants are good but the rooms need work I understand being my the beach causes issues like mold and water damage especially in a hot a humid climate but the amount of mold in the rooms is crazy my sheets and pillow cases were dirty and the mold was literally everywhere on the room like they don’t even try to clean it
