I faced a frustrating two-hour wait for check-in, despite having completed the online check-in process. This was an unexpected and disappointing start to our vacation.
Once we finally reached our room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning. The following morning, I inquired at the front desk about switching rooms. I was informed that a technician would come to inspect the issue, and if it wasn't resolved, I should return at 2 PM for a room change. Unfortunately, no technician arrived, and when we returned. They switched us to room 148.
The air conditioning appeared to be working overnight but failed again the next evening. Although we had requested a different room and were told there were no alternatives available. After waiting for a technician, someone finally came to assist us. While the air conditioning improved slightly, it was still uncomfortably warm.
Additionally, I was alarmed to find termite tunnels in the bathroom, and I suspect there may be a sewer issue in that building, as there was a foul smell outside our room.
Communication was another challenge; the phone line didn’t work.
