La ubicación y el staff excelentes, la habitación no tanto, tenía varios ruidos (ventiladores que no se podían apagar), la verdad no tan malo, pero lo que más molestó fue que el baño no era independiente de la habitacion

Great staff. For our stay, it was was excellent that they had their own pick up and return transfer to the airport because we had long journeys either side and our departure and arrival times were either very late or very early. Also - breakfast on the roof in the mornings with the view of the city was a great plus ! It’s a good section of town for shops and restaurants which are a short walk too.

This was my fourth trip to Santiago, and I needed a last-minute, one-night hotel stay. I am learning Spanish and the staff at the Doubletree, many of whom are bilingual, were patient and helpful, always positive in attitude. I arrived early and they were able to get me into my room sooner than expected. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable, zero complaints. The complementary filtered water system in the room was a welcome amenity. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, and the view of Santiago from the 17th floor is amazing.

Location Location Location! This hotel is close to everything in Las Condes. Parque Arauco for Shopping and multiple restaurants across the street, please try "LOLITA JONES" for a great Mexican meal and drinks...Spotless facility with gym, comfortable rooms decent speed free wifi and a great view from the top floor where the restaurant is located.

Está todo muy bien, pero me extraña que un hotel de esta categoría no tenga TV Smart Tv para usar mi cuenta de NETFLIX. Hoy en dia todos lo tienen. El frigobar vacío. Lo demas todo muy bien.
