My stay at The Donna Portals var really good. I got a nice upgrade on arrival, rooms clean and neat. Service was outstanding with being driven to the padel courts or to the harbour free of charge. On the points to improve, the room had a bit of a smell from the shower sewage, and the walls are thin so you hear when the doors to nearby room closes with quite a bang. Otherwise all very good!

Very friendly staff, modern hotel in excellent location near a small cala/beach. Clean and comfortable rooms.

A truly amazing hotel! From the minute we checked in, staff were so attentive. Beautiful relaxing location. Whilst this hotel can be expensive, it is worth the money. Luxury!

Im Grunde ist das Hotel ein sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist super nett. Das Restaurant vom Hotel kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist absolut nichtgerechtfertigt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand die liegen kosten extra. Zwei liegen und ein Schirm lagen bei 22,50€ pro Tag, jedoch konnte man auch mit dem Handtuch auf dem Sand liegen ohne weiteren Kosten. Die Preise im Hotel fand ich persönlich auch zu erhöht. Aber im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel gut, sauber, ruhig und die Lage war super.

Myself and my partner had the most fantastic stay here and could not fault the hotel in anyway. Staff were amazing but Hamdi, Eddie and Quan were outstanding and went above and beyond for us the entire trip. Room was beautiful and clean, food was lovely and shuttle service was fantastic. Will be returning next year!

Great location

Pepi at the front desk and Joan at the pool made the impossible to accommodate us. No words to say how comfortable we all felt after our flight got cancelled and were able to find a room in that amazing hotel. Being a mallorquina living in nyc for 23 years is difficult when it comes to rate but rest assure that if you are an American and you have doubts to choose this hotel, please take it for the best of your experience in Mallorca. I’d like also to name that young man Hamdi, who would offer us a ride wherever every time we crossed paths with him, we didn’t take it because I still feel local and wanted my daughters to explore, but I have the feeling that he would get out of his way to make you feel comfortable. A 6⭐️ for this hotel gem 💎
