Property was convenient, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

My room was very nice and clean. It’s located by the hospital which is perfect for this stay.

We got there a few hours early to check in, and she was wonderful in getting us in so we could get to our all day destination. Thank you for making our trip less stressful!!

Clean facility, good coffee always available-and bottled water. Staff is pleasant.

Recently redone room was very comfortable. Jasmine at the front desk was extremely helpful and appears to never stop working. Give her a raise!

The hotel was great. The parking was not.

Because I tried to reschedule and no one would allow. Tried to make it a couple of weeks later and it couldn’t be done. I have at least 3 more years of coming down on a regular basis and now have to start booking somewhere else. Was just there in November and loved it.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Clean room, comfortable bed. Close to everything.

Staff was excellent! Especially the lady who took care of the breakfast area. The breakfast had a lot of options and she kept everything very clean and orderly.

Wonderful staff! Hotel was very clean! Staff, Debbie in the breakfast area, morning was so pleasant in the lobby. Manager was phenomenal and accomodating! So friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experiece.

Overall the stay was good. Upon arriving the hotel did not have our reservation due to a technical issue with expedia. Plus expedia had a lower price than the hotel and the hotel did not honor the expedia price. The shower was also outdated.

We stayed overnight for a surgery next morning. It made a stressful day much more tolerable.

I reserved a room with King …. when I arrived they told me all they have is room with 2 queens
