Me and my friends rented the accommodation for my 30th and the house was beautiful with really good size bedrooms. The hosts were wonderful and super accommodating! I also hired a dj and he had plenty of space to set up in the ‘drawing room’. We opted for the three course dinner and it was fab, the hosts set up the table beautifully. Would come back for sure, the hosts offered complete privacy after dinner had ended

Grange farm was honestly fantastic. The host was extremely accommodating and this hotel was the groups favourite thing of the four day cycling holiday. One of the few places I would plan a holiday around visiting again They also have very friendly chickens which amused us greatly.

We were looking for a last-minute place to stay for a family of 4 whilst we were attending a wedding. My wife stumbled upon this gem in her search for a place to stay near the venue. As we were leaving after work on a Friday we notified the hosts of our potential late arrival with a 4.5hrs journey which included the M25 (UK's biggest car park). The hosts were very prompt in responding and understanding. On arrival, we were shown to our enormous room. We had a big on-suite bathroom, exceptionally clean linen and were given our key to the property. We also worked out that most of the decorations adorning the walls were hand-painted by the hostess who we found out was quite the artist. When we awoke on Saturday, we decided to explore the grounds and to our amazement, they had a lovely pergola outside with ample seating, a huge lawn and some lovely chickens. We were also provided with a delicious cooked breakfast, cereals, hot beverages of our choice, orange juice and a range of artisan breads. In general, the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here especially if you want a quite break due to how rural the location is and would not hesitate booking with them again in the future. Keep in mind although rural, you are only an 8 minute drive from an enormous Tesco Extra...

I’m not certain where all these 5 star reviews are coming from, genuinely. Perhaps it’s just me. The good stuff… The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. Parking is off-street and easy. The building has plenty of English character. The breakfast is delicious. The mind boggling stuff… We booked two rooms for one night. At £125 per room per night, I made the assumption that the bathrooms were ensuite. My mistake, they were separate ‘private bathrooms’. For clarity, private bathroom is nothing of the sort. When introduced to your bedroom, you are allocated a bathroom. They are down a communal hall or even through the shared lounge. They are not private, essentially anyone can use them, so you can’t leave your toiletries in there. When I used the shower in the morning, someone had used it previously. But it got worse. You don’t get a key to your bedroom. Literally, anyone can walk in at any time. Apparently, they are not fire doors (should I be concerned about that?), so they cannot be locked for legal reasons. Amusingly, an hour after checking in, the smoke alarms went off. The host, armed with a broomstick, told us there’s no fire & it’s not her fault. There’s no air conditioning and opening the windows means the noise of the trucks driving by will disturb your sleep.

Grange Farm, what an amazing place. I booked for mine and my partners 1st year anniversary and to celebrate getting engaged. This is an amazing home run by amazing people. All communication held in advance was very friendly. Phillip looked after us and was so polite, friendly and a very interesting man. Our stay was perfect, the bed was so comfy and the atmosphere was a perfect ending to a perfect day. Breakfast was spot on. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, a little piece of heaven.
