The location is convenient, the room is spacious and clean. However, the bathroom's toilet is old and not very clean. The bathtub is prone to accidents.

There is a problem with parking spaces. No one parks for other cars. No one is taking care of it.

The room is clean and fragrant. However, I would like to have a curtain to separate the bathtub in the bathroom because when taking a shower, water splashes into half the room. The internet is not very strong, just enough. Room 402 has water dripping from the air conditioner. When checking out, I forgot to inform the front desk staff. If they could smile a little more, it would be great.

Quiet area. This accomondation very suitable if you are on your staycation. Large room. Comfy Bed. Comfy Sofa. Quite much TV channel. Free flow drink (self services) around Lobby area. Also can buy drinks and some snack around receptionist.

That was my third stay in Neca Complex Apartment. The other 2 stays were excellent, however, the last one not so. The room was dirty, the bed sheets felt dusty, and there were mosquitoes. Despite all the problems, the staff were very helpful.
