The room was very spacious comfortable & clean…the view of the marina & pool spectacular. Pool was clean & water temperature great! Restaurant & bar had good choices & happy hour prices staff was very friendly

On vacation from Scotland. Enjoyable 4 night stay. This is our 3rd time staying at the Hyatt with no major complaints. Friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast did not have as much of a choice as previously but adequate. Pool area good, no problem getting sun beds. Great third floor room, overlooking the marina. Enjoyable stay, good value for money and highly recommended.

Amazing, beautiful place to stay. Staff were great too.

The hotel seems newly remodeled; it is very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is included, and to my surprise, it was much better than expected. The pool is nice and big and just to the side there is a boardwalk hovering the bay. The room was spacious and clean, though a bit lacking in decor. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Tip: head to breakfast early, the lines can reach pretty far if you wait too long.

The only thing I disagree with was the way and attitude with which the pool attendant approached guests to tell them that no drinks could be brought in that were not from the hotel, something that is not written anywhere in the hotel areas.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Stayed for a week easy access to local beaches shopping amd more. Staff eas excellent from the front desk to restaurant staff. Food was awesome definitely suggest trying to eat there.

Clean, comfortable room. Room had a kitchen with full size refrigerator & ice maker. Bar had good food and drinks. Covered garage parking. Nice hotel. We didn’t do the free breakfast it was a buffet.

The property is just OK, our room had a faulty AC that kept shutting off in the middle of the night, paper plates under the sofa from a previous stay and obvious signs that the carpet hadn't fully been cleaned, along with some of the "clean" silverware in the drawer. All service checks are tagged with 20% and there was floss threaders from other guests in and around the pool. There are some positives, Brian the pool/dining attendant works EXTREMELY hard- he was basically ALWAYS working. The breakfast staff, worked extra hard with their service and replenishing when items finished. (And the hotel has plenty of covered parking) ....for $27 a night

The breakfast was very good, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the river view.

El check in estuvo bien, amables, lo único que no nos convenció del hotel fue el “desayuno” que dejaba mucho que desear…ósea bien, pero para la infraestructura que tiene el lugar espera más del desayuno

Not happy at all with the service and how my wife was treated. They made us leave because of her service animal she had for ptsd. Even after she showed the registration of the service animal.will be reaching out to a attorney on this matter.
